There was a study I vaguely recall where they showed women photographs of various men and had them score them based on physical attractiveness.

If my memory serves, what they ultimately found was that when the majority of the men they were shown had facial hair, the clean-shaven men scored higher. When the majority of the men were clean-shaven, the opposite was true.

Well, I've heard a lot do like men with facial hair. I think it's called being lumbersexual or something like that.

Essentially they liked whatever made the men stand out, in this case facial hair or the lack of it was the most apparent factor.
So OP just keep track of the status of everybody's facial hair in any area you are trying to pick up girls, easy as that.
Or you could just do whatever you want, but that's too easy.

Most women I've met after being referred to as a "chick" wouldn't care about whether you had facial hair or not.

My wife informed me that she wanted me to have a beard since "5 o'clock shadow" irritated her sensitive skin (when I kissed her). If the hair is longer it lies down and feels silkier.

HA. Don't do things you wouldn't want to do to attract a partner. Especially such trivial things like that. They can leave if it's really that big of a problem.

I haven't shaved my legs in almost a year now, and I can't tell you how many people have told me "men don't like that" like bitch I ain't doin' it for them. I'm doing it because I'm lazy, and I hate shaving. But God forbid a lady has leg hair.

I respect this viewpoint alot. I have a huge curly head of hair everyone tells me to cut but I say fuck them. Im not insecure enough to care what everybody thinks about my hair.

I'm bearded. I've had a beard for the better part of the past 8 years. I say better part because there were a few instances where I was clean shaven (my wedding day, right after some of my children were born, random times to surprise and confuse my wife).

In the end, like others have said - it's all a matter of preference. For my wife - she likes me clean shaven or full bearded, but nothing in between. No mustache, no goatee, full beard or nothing is what she finds attractive in me. Which is fine - as I'd rather be one or the other anyway. And by one or the other, I mean bearded.

And since there's a lack of bearded pictures in this thread...here we go:

"And I got some chest hair too, I love letting the first 3 buttons stay open on my Hawaiian shirt and show my chest off to all the ladies".

I've got to ask, is this a joke? Only, that bit made me laugh.

Salty

I'm sorry it sounded salty, but I prefer guys without facial hair.
