I'm not completely sure that this is the correct place to post about this, so feel free to point me to the right place if it isn't.
One week ago, I discovered that the episode of My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU had been released on at least 2 less than legal anime sites. I decided to go to Chrunchyroll to watch the episode, only to find out that it wouldn't be released for another 22 hours. I thought that this was weird and also annoying since I pay for Chrunchyroll and therefor expect to get the episodes simultaneous with the pirates if not earlier. I thought that it was due to a single leak somewhere and didn't think more of it.

However, this morning I discovered that once again, the weekly episode for My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, has been released at least 22 hours early on the same two anime sites (and probably more that I din't check). I know this might not be something you can do anything about, but I want you to know that as a subscriber, it's really annoying to pay for a service that deliver less than what I could get for free, even if it's to support anime. If you could do anything about this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen High School DxD there also. The uncensored version at that ! Makes you wonder why we get delay-o-cast with censorship ...

CR's simulcasts are typically tied to a broadcast network premiere. In Japan, there are anime-specific cable/satellite channels that require separate subscriptions and air anime early and/or uncensored, which is likely where you're seeing the SNAFU episodes originate from.

In most cases, CR will get shows online 1 hour after the over-the-air premier.

Series licensed from TBS are normally a delaycast. That is simply how TBS works.

CR actually did improve the situation, however, as when the original series was simulcast the delay was even longer (1 week).

The point of the matter is, CR has to obey contract terms and use official materials. Fansubbers are already flaunting the law, so of course they are going to grab from the first source available.

The episodes first air on TBS at 1:46 AM on Friday in Japan (12:46 PM EDT on Thursday in the US).

So no, episode 4 hasn't aired yet. As I stated the delay for the original series was one week. CR obtained the second series on a much shorter delay (less than 1.5 days).

We actually get to see it almost 19 hours before viewers in Japan watching Tulip TV (TUT) get to see it, and over two days before those watching Mainichi Broadcasting (MBS) do.
