If the OP is good, then i won't skip it. The only time i skip the good OP is when i binge watch a show (Maybe after 4-5 episodes). If the OP is bad, then i'l skip it every episode.

Yeah, I'll always watch the OP on the 1st and last episodes, but usually I follow that rule.

I usually watch the openings the first time then after that I skip them. Unless they're good like Parasite the Maxim or Assassination Classroom. I like the music lol

I love watching anime openings. I like the rote repetition. Gets me psyched up in a way. Skipping an opening just cos you've seen it before is almost as sacrilegious as skipping a transformation scene.
But I do feel your pain. When you watch romance, you like to think the hero(ine) you prefer has a shot. They should try harder not to give it away. It especially makes it harder to watch if you dislike the main heroine. (Golden Time!!!)
And heck, Toradora! didn't even wait until the opening to give it away, instead revealing it in the title itself.
The only times I can recall being blindsided by an ending were Shuffle!, which was great, because not only was the winner portrayed as a side character, she also happened to be my favorite!
And I also felt blindsided by Rumbling Hearts, but that was more due to denial than anything.
