I usually only buy a dvd if it lasts for longer than the trip to the store.

When you say "English" companies do you mean "English companies" or "companies that will translate them into English"?

I would love for some "English companies" to release them but it won't really help any of you based in the USA.

I'm fairly sure most of the licensed anime in the U.S is available to buy. Most of it's licensed by Sentai Media if I recall anyhow and they're pretty good about putting them out on disks.

The only question is how many people are really interested in buying the shorts on disk vs streaming it and leaving it?

Sure if it's not ridiculously priced.

Well, the problem is, they're not exactly as marketable as longer anime, so I can't exactly envision it happening, unless they release a bunch of different shorts in one volume-- plus, what about pricing? I mean, they won't be raking in as much considering how the content runs for a shorter timespan and ergo will sell for less...

I'd love it, especially if they release I don't understand what my husband is saying? though I understand why they don't. It just isn't viable production side but if they did two/three shows back to back from the same studio or add in several seasons to make the set more worthwhile.

It's something that we fans would like to see, even if they don't dub it, yet it's not always possible with licenses and regional production.

I hope it's something that will come for the uk one day, especially since the anime industry has improved drastically in the last 10 years.

If money could be made they would do it. I feel like that's how its looked at. And they could, and should, put out a pre-order for them and see how the pre-orders do. Then base their production on those numbers.

Yes I'd love to see this happen.
