My sisters call me bubs so I probably wouldn't have a problem. They would still be a pain no matter what.

I would laugh or be surprised.

I rather be known as Qualeshia-chan or san instead.

Maybe, but probably not. Who knows, maybe being Japanese and all would change that, but I assume my personality would stay regardless.

While I would not be opposed to the idea, there is nobody in my life currently for whom it would be appropriate.

I have one friend that I've held onto since seventeen, that I call oniisan. He was in his twenties when I met him, so it was appropriate. I think we more or less fetishized it, though.

Sure. That isn't a stretch considering I use the phrase "sister approves" from time to time as it is. It might even be exciting to be called onee-chan by a younger person because in my family I am the youngest so I would normally be called imouto or whatever the Japanese for "spoiled brat-sister" is.

Hmmm I don't know how'd I feel if my sister started calling me "Onii-Chan" all of a sudden. I suppose it depends on how cute she says it.
