God could have made Eve completely genetically different than Adam. you made many assumptions such as using Adam's rib would therefore default in Eve being Adam's sister. Your operational definition of a sibling is incorrect concerning the actual definition of a sibling, as siblings are related to each other via their shared mother while Adam and Eve have no mother or father and therefore cannot be related as siblings.

You missed how there were supposedly only two people to start
they had two children (males)

then there was this thing about an ark.
I hear the animals weren't just in pairs but it's still a small community.
the humans were also in limited numbers there, so it's reinforced.
