So i pre-ordered the Asuna figma re-release and it's not on the store anymore. I sent a direct enquiry to the powers that be promised VIP response being a premium member and it's been over a week now. Does anyone know what the situation on this is?

I've moved this to the Crunchyroll Store which the store manager sometimes browses.

Usually when I see inquiries like this it's just that there are delays in getting the the product from the source, and if you've already ordered you will get what your ordered eventually. It not being currently in the store does not affect current paid pre-orders. It just means no more are available for new orders.

Indeed, we do routinely hide items that sold out during the pre-order phase from the store. This does not affect any of the placed orders.

Also, your ticket was replied to within less than 3 hour after you filed it. Checked your spam folder?
