Post Reply 1 month membership(bought) and 2 day trial(code) activated at same time. Code running out disabled premium benefits

So i bought a premium membership for 1 month, but also activated a 2 day trial code at nearly the same time. After 2 days I received an email saying that the 2 day expired but now the 1 month benefits are not taking over. It says in my order history AND membership status page that i am a premium member/have an active 1 month membership effective April 17th, 2015. However when i go to videos ads appear, 720p/1080p is unavailable, and i cannot not watch premium member only videos.

Also when i click "get premium" or "upgrade account" and click visa, it reverts back to the main page with a error bar saying "already a active membership or membership pending".

I'm wasting money that i spent on premium and crunchyroll support still has not replied to my 2 emails, so I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out!

Should be fixed now. Gifted you 4 days of premium you missed due to the bug.
(Also closed both of your support tickets regarding the issue now, so there won't be replies from that end.)

Hi, me again. Copy/pasted from my new support ticket as i imagine it will take a while to get to because i appear to not have premium to the staff:



i was gifted 4 days of membership by staff due to premium benefits (no ads, 1080p videos) turning off when my 2 day trial ran out after i had purchased a one month membership (i purchased the subscription and activated the trial on the same day).. When that 1 month subscription ended yesterday the benefits were disabled again. The 4 days i was gifted for my missed time is now running out without me being able to use it!!! Please fix this as ONCE AGAIN im not receiving the premium benefits when im a premium member

Check my order history, active memberships, and forum history for the proof. When i try and purchase another membership it just says "You already have a pending or active subscription"
