Honestly when I finished Clannad/afterstory & Anohana I started being more prone to crying.

Like my threshold for crying has gone down and I tear up much MUCH quicker than before.
Even the cheesiest GTO lines make me cry

Your Lie in April was the first anime I ever cried in and then I watched Tokyo Ghoul and it all went downhill from there.

it's not really about the storylines, it's more "did i get connected to the characters". i just recently finished fma brotherhood, and i was emotional throughout the series.

in akame ga kill, on the other hand, i didn't flinch a bit when someone dies, in fact, towards the end of the series, i wished everyone died.

Saint Seiya definitely hits me hard .. The series is all about Saints risking there lives to serve and Protect the Goddess Athena at all cost ..

Last series I saw from the Saga was Saint Seiya; the Hades Chapter and in one of the episodes all 12 Gold Saints sacrifice there lives to open the door of Elysion for the Bronze Saints, Oh god that episode made me cry for days

HAHAHAHA i know right. akame ga kill just did not deliver. For the first episode i felt for the mc but then after that they were just letting people die left and right.
Wish they made it into a more serious setting where they add an occasional comic relief instead of too much comic relief and then someone dies.
