Donate! Post some sites where you can donate clothes. I'm cleaning out my closet, I have literally emptied out over half of my wardrobe. I have more pajamas (old clothes i use as pjs) than going out clothes it's ridiculous...talk about hoarding. Most of them are still in okay condition so I'm donating them, I wish I have worn them out more but hey, I was a impressionable high school kid when I bought them.

Now they are going to a better place

Sites to donate them? I never even considered it. I usually just drop old stuff off at a local Savers or toss it into a Salvation Army bin.

Theres large metal donation bins in my neighborhood sometimes, but there are a lot of immature people that use it as a trash bin.

True. That happens around here as well. When putting it in there I usually bag it up (clear bags so they know it isn't trash) so it has a bit more protection though. Savers is generally my first option though. The bin is closer so it is used when I am feeling more lazy.

there are bins all over the place where you can donate them, some are at local churches or near local gas stations. you can give it to the salvation army, thrift shops, red cross, etc. if you donate it on a site, you probably have to pay for the shipping and handling

Please be sure that the big metal bins in blue are for charity. There are ones that says, "donate your junk (paraphrasing)" and they would sell those stuff on goodwill for a profit.

The same goes with donating blood to people on the "BIG RED BUS." You donate your blood, but they sell it to blood banks for profit.

All these people asking for clothes make me laugh.

If my clothes are still in wearable condition, I'm still wearing them!
And if they aren't really wearable, then I'm doing DIY jobs in them.
And if they literally fall off my body, I'm using them for rags.

...well, I guess if someone wants my oil/varnish/glue/etc covered rags, I guess I could part with them.
