I don't know anything about boxing, but I support Pacquiao because Mayweather looks like a jerk.

(The legend says that Pacquiao was sleepy, and just wanted to take a nap. He's such a badass.)

I usually root for Pacquiao, but the amount of "Go Manny" or "Pray for Pacquiao" adverts on Filipino channels in the US is a bit ridiculous. I mean, it's not like they're going to be fighting to the death.

So, I'm staying away from this and just wishing both of them luck, and may the best man win.

Mayweather!!! Everyone says he needs to be humble but I'm just like him when I fight or spar I get too pumped and I'm usually really nice. I like his technique and style plus he's a total bad ass.

I'm not really into boxing, or any type of fighting, like MMA. But I'll root for Paquiao, mainly because I'm half Filipino.

Are we talking about a soccerball game? If so, I'd like to put the $20 I've saved in my piggybank on the one named maryweather.

I'm not a boxing fan, but I heard an interesting diddy on the radio today (during one of the talking segments in between songs) about how expensive boxing tickets are.

Apparently some of the better seats, during popular matches involving popular boxers sell upward of $7000. Even the worse seats are rather expensive. Not to mention pay per view earnings, these fighters earn a hella lot, it seems.

i watched the fight last night. my voice is hoarse and dry from yelling. i must sound like a creepy old man now lol. i was voting for pacquiao. filipino pride and the idea of rooting for a wife beater (mayweather) didn't exactly sit comfortable with my soul. pretty disappointed and wondering why pac held back so much.

The way Mayweather fought is one of the basics in boxing. Even in the manga Hajime no ippo, that style was implemented.

Like what Ippo said to Itagaki about his lost, "it's your fault." Don't let the outcome of the match be on the hands of the judges. If the referee doesn't see the violation your opponent does to you, it's your fault. It's a match, not a fight.

Anyways, if Manny wins, the people back home are known to be sore winners.
