I don't watch boxing but it sounds like this Mayweather guy sucks... a lot! I've seen a lot of disappointment over how this fight ended. Good thing I was spending my time watching anime instead.

Even before the fight started, there were lots of people cheering for Mayweather. I haven't seen anybody supportive of him after his win. Guess that really says something about how terrible the fight was.

Basically, if Mayweather got penalized in points everytime he got close to tie up Manny with those defensive hugs he would have lost.

Hoping those women who he beat take him to court and take all that he won money away!

It's a sport, not a fight. Mayweather did his job.

What a disappointing fight. The undercards were better than the main event. Seriously, for all the hype this bout gained, it turned out to be horrible. All Mayweather did was run around and give Pacquiao hugs. Tf? You call that boxing? The scoring was even more preposterous. Now that Pacquiao lost the chance to end Fraudweather's winning streak, there's only one boxer that I believe can knock his ass out, and that's Amir Khan.

As much as I want to see Mayweather's undefeated streak to end, Amir Khan wouldn't do anything either. In fact, I have a feeling the outcome will be the same as the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight. Mayweather and Pacquiao are two different types of fighters. Mayweather is usually more defensive and a technician when it comes to new challengers. This man already knows his opponent before stepping onto the ring. In the case of Pacquiao vs. Mayweather, Mayweather already knew about Pacman's crazy left arm and was aware Pacman throws punches from the most obscure angles. (He's usually off balanced) All he did was simply keep his distant, bait, counter, and repeat. Granted the match ended up boring as hell, it was still effective.

As for Khan, he's speedy, powerful, and very agile for his size. But he's going to need to destroy Mayweather's defense in order to be successful against the judges. Pacquiao had trouble landing head shots. Mayweather will do the same thing with Khan, keep his distance and strike when necessary.

He's like the Tim Duncan of the sport of Boxing and it's pathetic. Compare his 10 KO's to Paquiao's 38 and if that's not boring to you i don't know what is.

Tim Duncan is not boring to watch imo.

It's just that its not a usual request I hear given the sheer volume of politics topics circulating around here. I thought it was kinda funny and that you were making a joke is all.

If you like watching a guy get into the post and doing a hook shot every time then yeah sure he's fun to watch.

It's not about being two types of fighters. Mayweather uses the same style consecutively, new challenger or old challenger, it doesn't matter. Pacquiao went into the fight knowing full well what kind of tactics and tricks Mayweather utilizes. Hell, even Freddie Roach pointed out his dirty tricks. But it didn't matter, why? Because Mayweather is afraid of getting hit. He will always run from his opponent. Yes, he keep his distant, baited, countered, and repeated, but that's all he's capable of doing.

The reason as to why I'm choosing Khan is exactly as you pointed out, he's speedy, powerful, and very agile for his size. Keyword is speed. Khan is faster than Pacquiao, and he sure as hell is faster than Mayweather. And because of this speed, he's capable of breaking through Mayweather's defense, which is the only way that will result in his defeat. The person who will beat Mayweather will be someone with fast hands and fast feet. That's a given.
