So I joined crunchyroll and signed up for the premium package because I've found a pretty cute yaoi about a guy who ends up working as a shojo manga editor and I'm hoping there are some more really good anime with male on male love interests. What's on here that you would really recommend for a gay dude looking to get his "aww" on?

No. 6 ( as in number six)

I don't usually watch Yaoi but I can't help but love the story of No. 6 and the two main characters.
Watch and you shall see ^_-

I've moved this to the Advice, Info, Recommendations forum.

CR doesn't have much, and to be honest I don't believe much non-hentai yaoi anime exists.

That said, CR has Love Stage!, which is very much yaoi and quite fun.

There are a few others that have some yaoi vibes, and I'll leave it to others to suggest those. (If you search this forum and the Anime forum for "yaoi" you may also find other threads on the topic.)

I recommend Love Stage!! It's really cute.
I watched Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi and thought it was ok.

Number 6 was amazing. I've been watching Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi, it was the yaoi I found that convinced me to join, but I'm only on number 5 and I'm disappointed so far with what assholes the characters all seem to be. No.6 is probably one of my new favorite animes of all time.

Its funny, I remember when the only gay shows I ever saw had lesbians in them, I LOVED "Revolutionary Girl: Utena".

I love stuff that is cute, but NOT CREEPY!!! Whispers in the Dark is deeply disturbing.

Okay "Love Stage!!" is amazing. Its funny, this show made me much more interested in doing manga than "Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi". I've actually be struggling to find a creative outlet lately, I write and I make beautiful art, and I love manga. Maybe this will inspire me. I wish I had the money for a cintiq but I've got a basic wacom tablet, I could probably do SOMETHING.

@AnimeKami Dude, you're a homophobic dick. Just because you don't like some innate quality about someone else, doesn't mean you've got to go out of your way to broadcast it to everyone. Aside from being obnoxiously attention seeking, its rude and hurtful. Its pretty sad that you troll people to entertain yourself.

if you're looking for inspirations for character designs, maybe try Drammatical murder. the anime is not yaoi at all. but it has that suggestive yaoi feel to it.

another one to check out is Devils and Realist. again not yaoi or even BL, but only suggestive.

BTW, please don't multi-post -- use the "Edit" link to add something to your post if it's the latest one in a thread (I've merged your last three posts in this thread).

Also, please don't use the forums for name calling. I suspect that AnimeKami may have, in perhaps too few words, been simply referring to the truth that there is very, very little anime that is clearly yaoi that is not also porn. So, Crunchy doesn't have a whole lot, and that's largely because there isn't a whole lot (which is not porn) to be had anywhere.

Ur looking in all the wrong places take it from this Fujoshi ,

But CR does have some mild ones No. 6 is one that casually introduces it . its more like a flirtatious way of trying to mask it.

Romantica junjou is also a good one here (not sure if they took it down think so) it was one of the first works

that made

Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi - World's Greatest First Love by the author Shungiku Nakamura.

Also Love Stage is good its a bit more in intense side for CR .which is good
