You lie, tell me you lie.

The drought is real. And then there are people who get mad because of the restrictions being imposed. And they laugh in your face when you tell them there is a drought and run the sink at full blast to make some sort of twisted point. I want to punch those people.

I don't know... The world is getting better.. but people can't get one simple thing down.

Humans, espcially americans, are foolish for their desire to make others accept their point of view rather than leave one alone... Look at the LGBT issue. Christians won't leave gays alone, so gay marriage happens. Gays won't leave Christians alone, so small business's suffer from law suits.
Peace should be achieved by knowing when to tolerate and accept, and when to back the fuck off and leave each other alone. It's because neither of them can accept the simplicity of just telling the other side, "I don't care, I'm leaving"
This is the cause of most wars.
Most evil governments turn that way from not leaving it's people alone
Atheists think we need to get rid of religion to make the world a better place.
Christians try to evangelize the world...

To be honest, if mankind never achieves such peace, then I hope we go extinct in the future

War of opinions and words is not so bad when compared to bullets and bombs. The former can lead to the latter but in the case of one of your examples, atheists won't die for what they believe in so it's hard to imaging a war bred from the hatred of religion but that can change. There won't be a war against Christians and homosexuals. A few hurt feelings and ruffled feathers is better than death and destruction in my book. But that is just my opinion. If you keep everyone employed, fat and happy the most you'll get is angry internet posting.

I agree for the most part, but you must know opinions and words and bullets and bombs often are linked. No, I am not speaking of internet posting. but when diplomacy fails, violence often is the end result. Intolerance is at the center of many conflicts.

I also agree with the nonsense of a christian v anti-religious war or a christian v LGBT war.. in fact some of the online atheists are what is known as "internet atheists" and their identification as being atheist is only to pander to LGBT or troll theists on forums and message boards, offline they are christian (and that makes them two faced hypocrites). There are as many fake christians to be sure as well.

Anyone with any sense ought to know not to take the message boards too seriously, esp given you don't know if that person truly believes what they're saying and might be acting under false pretenses so as to troll or be like their friends.

Physical elimination of the opposition is the single most natural conclusion *cough genocide + war* Yes I agree with the link between verbal and physical actions, but I do not know about the whole message board thing. Interactions between individuals online can be just as valuable as interactions between people in a cafe. Granted the Internet grants you a mask, so clashing of opinions and trolling with no liability is much more prevalent. But I do not think you should completely toss interactions across the web out.

I agree. I said not too seriously, not completely. Users ought to be respectful as much as possible and also know when to walk away from someone who isn't.

Huh... I didn't know that was a thing.

If democracy is the end game, there will never be a hive-mind and disagreements are bound to happen. There will always be a difference in values. But whether or not they turn violent? That is how I define peace.

Yeah you did. You never see such contention in the neighborhood; its largely an experimental phenomenon borne from the veil of anonymity. I never claimed to want a hive mind, just a cynic on internet causes and those that take them up. I never claimed to take them seriously either.

If they are Christian IRL but rep atheist online they might as well be atheist since they have damned themselves to Hell. Your heart and mouth need to be on the same page according to scripture. That is like the number 2 rule in most religions.
