I don't know if anyone cover this before, but I wanted some thoughts of the new and first action film the Suicide Squad. There's going to be the first time ever actress playing Harley Quinn and the lead singer of 30 Second to Mars, Jared Leto is playing the newest Joker. Do you think the new actress will do a good job portraying Harley Quinn? Have you seen the newest look of the Joker? If so, do you like the new look or Heath Ledgers? And yes, Will Smith is playing Deadshot. The movie comes out next year, so does Dead Pool's movie.

My thoughts on this are, I feel Hollywood is now throwing everything out there. It feels like they get tired after film after film on a series. I think it won't do just has great like the Marvel's movie Avengers, but I might be wrong. I think the actress for Harley Quinn fits her. I don't like the new joker because Heath Ledger did an amazing job, but my opinion only. Leto might pull it off. Will Smith is a touchy subject, but I think they need another actor. I've read some of the comics on Suicide Squad and there's suppose to be a "romance" between Deadshot and Quinn (which was psychotic). I really love Will Smith, but this isn't really the film for him to play in. Samuel L. Jackson did a good job in playing Nick Fury and no body cared that he played the character. For my last thoughts on Dead Pool new movie which Ryan Reynolds is playing might be okay, but only if they have a full costume on him, plus have you seen what Dead Pool looks like? Yeah, not pretty. :/ Sorry for the rambling....

A lot of people seem to dislike the new look of the Joker. While I think Heath Ledger looks better, I also think that Leto is capable of playing him but we just have to wait and see. In my opinion Margot Robbie will look good as Harley Quinn, but I'm not sure about her acting capabilities because I've only seen her in the wolf of wall street.I think Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg could work, since he has experience in action films and had some good roles like the main character in easy money. I'm not sure about Cara Delevingne and Jai Courtney as enchantress and boomerang, respectively.

I'am so pumped for this movie!! At first when I saw the pic of Leto as the Joker I was somewhat disappointed, but now it's kinda growing on me. I think he kinda looks cool. I prefer Heath Ledger's look at this time, but when the film is released that could change, possibly. As far as the other actors and actresses go, I think they all will nail their respective roles. I guess we will have to wait and see. I can say one thing, Leto has some big shoes to fill.

just saw the movie last night, it was fantastic. Hopefully, DC will go the direction of what this movie did. I am also ready to see more of leto's joker. Can't say exactly what I think about him at this moment because of his limited amount of screen time.

hated the joker, but thankfully he was used just enough. i liked Harley Quin but i wish she did more of the traditional voice instead of the occasional 'hey puddin' or whatever. [also, could those shorts be a little longer please? they're clearly lady boxers] the movie over all is very polarizing, it felt like the film threw us in the deep end and made us swim. if you know the DC universe you'll like the movie, but they just throw you into the action, no real build up, or real introduction [except a quick cut scene] not a bad movie, if you want to see awesome characters fight you got it, but if you were hoping to have a three act structure where you learn and grow with the characters this isn't your movie. again, not a bad thing, but i can see why fans and critics are at odds with this one.

It was a great movie. Margot Robbie and Jared Leto totally made the movie, and Leto somehow managed to make the Joker hot >.<

Saw the movie the day before yesterday. I'd say that as a straight action flick, it was awesome, and the actors all play their parts well. The only thing I found disappointing is that the story is weak--not just the plot itself. It's like the writer (Ayer) was stuck somewhere between exploring the dark world that the movie deserved and writing for a younger demographic that's probably hitting the theater for TnA and shit gettin' blow'd up. He often opens a metaphorical "bag of worms" and then just leaves it sitting there--although, I guess it hinges on knowing the back story, but, as mentioned above, there's not really any introduction or build up; you're just tossed to the sharks. Otherwise, the plot seemed very generic... just with a band of anti-heroes (like Guardians of the Galaxy... wait... no... this WAS GotG with a little alteration.)

That said, I was disappointed in the Joker being a bit role. Everything that makes the Joker... the Joker... sans his lack of sanity was pretty well overlooked, and in my honest opinion, a good part of screen time was wasted on the character. Those are my thoughts, anyhow.
