Shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, sandals (sneakers if it's been raining). Bikini for the beach. I don't do skirts. Skirts look best with heeled shoes and I find those impractical and unnecessarily painful.

well i am very cold natured so i stay pretty well covered up even in the summer. and it gets hot here. regular shorts (as opposed to short shorts) and tank tops are about as far as i go lol, and that's really only on 90+ F days. and no matter what the weather i always, always carry a jacket. esp in the summer, when every building i go into is a frozen tundra. i hate air conditioning >.>

Yeah, I know how that works....

I'll do shorts and t-shirt . . . a big t-shirt.

I was actually told by two women driving by that I have, "Sexy legs." They were probably kidding but I think of it as a win...

Long pants, sneakers (because my feet hate me if I try to wear anything else), and a T-shirt. I feel too exposed with anything less than that.

I'm not talking heavy basketball type shorts. Something like this http://www.adidas.com/us/boston-marathon-r-supernova-split-shorts/S87671.html very light, thin material. They look/feel the same as a swimsuit. I may be wrong though.

Thanks for being a lifeguard though, very important job!

Wow, first time I have been thanked for being a lifeguard. I was rather hated at the city pool for being strict. Not like I had to go into the water over 12 times the first year -.- Even had a pistol pulled on me for kicking a guy out of the pool for playing about 10 strikes your out. Seriously, if I say stop doing flips into 2' of water... stop doing it. Twas a fun day... (P.S. welcome to Texas -.- Really need to get back to any of the other 14 places I have lived! Maybe I could even work at the indoor water park in Germany! Though I would actually have a better job by then haha)

As for the shorts. As a rule of thumb, we were taught if they were not made for the sole purpose of swimming, then it is better to play safe than sorry. Of course if you have your own pool or a pool that doesn't have nearly as much traffic, then gym shorts can suffice. At the city pool we had people vomit, bleed and... other such things that were no where near as fun and easy to clean. That is when the chemicals really matter.

I would wear my Sweat Jacket, and some shorts, because I usually exercise a lot in summer. sometimes tank top, or shirtless if it gets to hot. and my just my swim trunks if I go swimming(I don't really like swimming, because I suck at it).

I will be also honest. The best part of summer, besides vacation is, Swim suits,Mini Skirts, and dresses. They look really good on most people, if they pick the right one.

After having three skin cancers cut out, when the dermatologist tells me to never go outside uncovered I listen to him. The first thing a dermatologist asks you is how many times in your life you have been sunburned.

Yes, mini skirts and swimsuits are godlike. If they're cute of course.
