Severe muscle ache and muscle fatigue, but severe toothache also comes in at a very close second

Severe toothache I'd say. Ya can't sleep, ya can't ignore it, and trying to eat and drink while having a severe toothache that won't go away is it's own circle of hell. Earache comes a damn close second though.

Getting your tooth removed is such an uncomfortable feeling.

I'm going with stomachache because i've had my intestines twist before and I wouldn't wish that slow creeping pain on my worst enemy. Laying on the examination table like Mel Gibson in Brave Heart.

A toothache, I've had many but no matter how many time I've had one I still feel a lot of pain but I do get headaches a lot too but they're manageable to me, rarely get stomachaches, and the last time I've had an ear infection I was 3 years old and it felt like I was in water.

Deep muscle cramp.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed a week ago.(On 25 Bit late lol) For me it's between ears and teeth. I'd go with teeth, because of the intense pain the exposed nerves can feel. All depends on the degree of pain, each can be pretty bad, but teeth can be a nightmare.

I put inner ear but the worst i've bee n through was broken ribs and pneumonia at the same time. Coughing up your lungs with broken ribs is literal living hell.

Toothache and inner ear ache are FAR louder nerves than that which innervates the muscles and stomach.

The only thing that comes close would be a bulging disc pinching nerves in the spine. That just drains all of your core energy to deal with.

They all sound super painful, but I'd say toothache. Although it's not completely the same thing, I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia, the worst of which I feel in my mouth, especially the teeth, and it's the sort of pain you just can't deal with. There's some pain you can work around as bad as it gets, but this is another level of pain.

ah, you poor thing, that really sucks. TGN is a bad one to deal with. is there a nerve being pinched or something that causes the neuralgia?

Hmmm, inner ear infections are very disorienting and makes me feel nauseous and toothaches are also bad, the others are somewhat manageable imo. Wouldn't wish any of these on anyone!
