I've always been very protective of my skin and I sometimes wonder what other people do around the world or just differently to keep their skin healthy and clear.

I use a variety of masks, toners, scrubs and cleansers for my skin- but the one thing I've found is that charcoal masks are amazeballs!!

(excuse the awkward photo)

Grapefruit/Apricot scrub
Jojoba oil to moisturize

That's it

have this feeling my skin isn't meant to be washed daily.

i use nivea at night. during the day i use loreal for men--the ones that stop shiny face. i hate getting a shiny forehead and nose, it makes me look unclean and disgusting.

I have naturally good skin so I don't do anything other than exfoliate in the shower. Seems to be easier for men with a lot of hair.

I've always had good skin and look young for my age, it was only a few months ago I decided to compliment on that. I did have a few blemishes that never really bothered me but, they are literally gone now.

I use this mornings and nights, http://www.clearasil.co.uk/skin-perfecting-wash-sensitive
It cleanses and also gently exfoliates. It's like the best brand here when it comes to caring for your skin.

And with the Cleansing -> Exfoliating out the way, next is moisturizer which I use these;

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nivea-Essentials-Tinted-Moisturising-Natural/dp/B001WT4QAI
Which is nice, it also has SPF 15, it moisturizes your skin all while it can help hide the few blemishes on your face. It's like a very very light foundation, but better because it actually helps your skin.

Then at night, I use http://www.amazon.co.uk/NIVEA-Visage-Regenerating-Night-Cream/dp/B001Q7XO2W which is quite thick, but it's nice. Before when I woke up I'd sometimes have dry/tired ish skin, and I look like a 7. But with this I wake up and straight away I'm back to being 10/10.

I'll just keep this up till my blemishes are gone and my skin goes back to normal, then I'll use something more lighter.

I only wash my face on the days I wear makeup. Otherwise I do it in the shower. I use this neutrogena green tea face wash usually. But sometimes I just rinse it off with water. Then I moisturize with whatever. But if it's in the mornings, I use a caffeinated moisturizer called [email protected], and it's made by a company called Perfectly Posh.

I also exfoliate using a Snarky Bar from Perfectly Posh as well. That shit HURTS; probably not good for sensitive skin. But if your skin flakes like mine, especially during dry weather, then it will have AMAZING results.

Their stuff is usually pretty expensive, but it's worth it.

I have noticed that no matter how many products I use on my skin and how wonderful they are, it is useless if you are not healthy inside.

To keep my skin healthy, clean and "beautiful" I eat everything except diary, fast food, bread (white or wheat), rice, sweets, chocolates (only the dark one like once a month), junk food, red meat, pork, pasta, sodas, alcohol, *sighs* you get my drift.

If I eat everything above I would have the face all greasy, full of pimples and would probably be overweight. Every person is different of course, unfortunately, I wasn't born with a fast metabolism and dry skin. =_=

Now for the outside, I just wash my face with a vegan wash and put sun screen during the day and almond oil during the night.

I have really bad flare ups of eczema when I get stressed out, so I am constantly warring with my skin. Though when I have it under control like I do now, my skin is really pretty >.<

I just refrain from showering too much because your skins natural oils are actually a really good thing, especially for someone like me that has really dry skin. Usually I shower twice a week (full body) and then throughout the week I will wash my hair if it gets greasy though it usually doesn't. I use a really heavy cream to moisturize morning and before bed, witch-hazel/rose water mixture for toning and cleansing in between showers and my own concoction of beeswax, rosemary oil and chamomile for dry patches and lip balm.

When my skin gets really bad I take whole milk and oatmeal baths, which even if you don't have eczema or dry skin I highly recommend this. You will be amazed at how soft and luminous your skin is after just one soak.

I also eat an avocado a day because its filled with healthy fats that keep my skin supple. Occasionally I will switch to hemp hearts in my yogurt which also help maintain my skins moisture levels. Avocado tea is also a must for me, I highly recommend if you've never tried! I will also eat usually a cup full of berries (raspberries, blueberries or blackberries) or a kiwi with the skin. I cut soda out of diet completely which seems to have helped with my skin overall and replaced it will ridiculous quantities of water! Evening primrose oil is also a major help with flare ups.

My scalp is also really sensitive and eczema prone so when I do shower I use baking soda and apple cider vinegar. I don't think my hair has ever been this healthy or shiny.

eating - healthy and natural as close as possible, avoiding processed sugary foods and candy. i take a tablespoon of coconut and also add it into my meals.
exercise - working out daily. getting 5 minutes of sun for vitamin d.
skin care - i scrub my face with clarisonic mia 2. i love it so much. its worth the investment. to reduce and remove blackheads and whiteheads, i use biore face strips once every week. burts bees/yes to carrots face wipes, burts bees face moisturizer and facial cleanse. coconut oil for body lotion since generic and sometimes organic ones dry my skin out too much.

i used to have a bad time with acne and now my face is flawless and my skin is super soft and healthy looking. even my hair looks volumized and sexier. hope that helps.

I don't really do anything to my skin. However, if I go outside, I'm sure to wear sunscreen. I think I used face cleaner once awhile back (Forgot the brand).
