I've always been very protective of my skin and I sometimes wonder what other people do around the world or just differently to keep their skin healthy and clear.

I use a variety of masks, toners, scrubs and cleansers for my skin- but the one thing I've found is that charcoal masks are amazeballs!!

(excuse the awkward photo)

I have a friend who made her own mixture, it had honey and a ton of other stuff but honey was the main ingredient, her skin is smooth, clear, and soft as an angels butt-cheek.

Charcoal mask? That sounds like it stinks, but if you say it's amazeballs it must be balling in amazement.

Since I've got many allergies and skin issues , I avoid contact with allergens so no soap. Have the usual bath/shower, just make sure I don't stay in too long. Pat skin dry and put emollient moisturiser on ASAP. Top up moisturiser throughout the day. Use a little bit of steroid cream when outbreaks occur. A bad outbreak requires nights spent in cream and bandages. I make sure to drink enough water plus eating enough fruit and vegetables including omega rich flaxseed/linseed. I use a cream/bathoil substitute for bathing or I use some coconut oil/olive oil/almond oil or a mix of all 3 in the bath. I keep some oatmeal for bathing when skin gets too itchy. I also try to wear natural fibre garments close to my skin. I can only manage to wear a fleece in winter if I'm wearing natural fibre fabrics underneath. I keep various pairs of gloves to wear when doing household cleaning. One of the most important things I need to do which is one of the hardest is to try not to get caught up in an itch scratch cycle.

I used to use Oil of Olay - I have been using the moisturizer daily since i was in my 20's, so I didn't have many issues with my skin.
Then I started using NeriumAD - there is no regimen to this and it really works!
Wash your face at night and apply the night cream. Take your shower or bath in the day, wash your face as normal (with a non-abrasive cleanser) and apply the moisturizing day cream.
That simple.

NeriumAD helps tone and firm skin, helps with laugh lines and wrinkles, helps with pigmentation issues or sunspots, reduces the size of pores, and helps with dryness, making the skin smooth and supple.
I believed in it so much, that I joined the company and became a brand partner (which of course, anyone can do because it is multi-level marketing).
They also have a product called Nerium Firm, which is a body lotion. Again this helps tighten and firm the skin, and also helps with scars and discoloration. A great product to help with the summer body!

Nerium is currently available in the states, Canada, and Mexico. And they will be branching out to Korea in June!
Please message me if you are interested in more info, or check out my website: angelabrinson.nerium.com

I just use a facial scrub in the shower. My skin's pretty clear to begin with 90% of the time so there's not much need to go all out on masks and such.

All I really do is stay the hell out of the sun. It helps that I'm allergic to sunlight since that gives me motivation to stay covered or in the shade. If I have to go out during the day, I use sunscreen.

I apply a vitamin E cream when I go to bed and I wash my face when I get up. That's about it.

I drink a lot of water and wash off sweat right away whenever I sweat. Once a week, I'll go to a spa to soak in the hot water or take a long bath at home to sweat.

I feel as if this thread was made so the op can show how pretty she is. In all seriousness though I never bother with any type of skin care maybe if I was really good looking I would.

My daily routine disappeared when summer break began.. laziness ensues.

Normally though:
I try and eat well, though I do succumb to junk food and less than healthy stuff occasionally.
I drink plenty of lemon/lime water, as well as a cup of matcha green tea.
I exercise daily, usually yoga as well as barbell curls.
I also have taken certain amino acid tablets for healthy skin, hair, etc.
I do experiment a little, purchasing different facial cleansers to see what works well. Olay Total Effects is my current one, it seems to do the job, not too rough, etc.

Here, where I live, I use this thing called Clinique. The clarifying lotion to be precise. I apply the liquid to my face with cotton, and then I use Olay's Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream Moisturizer. But BEFORE ALL THAT, I soap my face in the shower.

Neutrogena and Clinique lately; Thorough yet gentle cleansing of the face before applying makeup, and I use makeup remover to be sure to completely get it all off as I bathe and before bed. I use various lotions when there is dry weather , and as with the face, I'm sure to remove any that may clog pores on areas apart from my face.

I trained myself to avoid excessive touching of my face with my hands, not only is it bad for your complexion but it spreads germs.

I dun really have to do anything outside of showering, but my skin gets oily during the day so I splash my face with water, usually after I wash my hands. I gotta wash my hands again after dat tho.

Neutrogena
St. Ives Apricot Scrub
Simple astringent
Vaseline or Ponds moisturizer

I always wash my face every morning and night. A lot of times I will just use the soap in the shower (it doesn't bother me). But yeah, washing your face removes the acne-causing bacteria, that's really helpful for most people. During the day, I may splash warm water just to hydrate and remove excess germs, dirt.

EDIT: I did hit up a beauty store in Japan when I was there. I got this facial masque that looks like a kabuki actor when you put it on. LOL Apparently, facial masque that look like actual masks when you apply them, are popular in Japan now.
