Skincare is something most people should take into consideration and some people think they know what their doing to keep their skin as healthy; however, they forget the importance of understanding their own body in general. I was the same went through a lot of skin care products, tried home remedies and anything that caught my attention. Although lots of these products and remedies didn't work for me, it caused skin irritation and severe acne, so I did my research on finding a alternative solution to my skincare problem.

The one skincare/acne treatment that helped me manage my problem was Proactive+. Now a lot people might have tried Proactive, but didn't get the results they were hoping. However, Proactive+ is quite different from the original acne treatment instead of using liquid exfoliates and toners. Proactive+ uses a cream like substance that won't cause skin irritation and side effects unless your skin is sensitive to cream based products.

I am not recommending this product to anyone that has used Proactive+ or Proactive in general, but if any of you haven't tried use Proactive+. I suggest taking a look at the product and read everything their is to know about the company and their product success. Word of advice, do not use Proactive+ when using another skincare/acne treatment it will cause even more skin irritation so be smart a wait a least a day or two before switching over to another skincare/acne treatment.

Furthermore, when choosing a skincare/acne product or treatment read the active and inactive ingredients like the amount of Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid before purchasing this will save you time and money in the long run. The amount of Benzoyl peroxide you should use is about 2.5% and for Salicylic acid about 0.5% because exfoliates and toners that have a higher concentration of 10% will cause skin irritation and will be less effective than products that have a higher concentration.

Bathing is something to think about because going about your day without showering isn't something to be taken lightly nor is it funny to even skip a day to clean your body. Shower at least twice a day either in the morning or evening before you go to work or bed. Also get a shower head that is most efficient towards rinsing your entire body and will save you from consuming more water than you usually us everyday. I, on other hand, us a variation of both hot and cold in order to prevent fatigue and to clean off the dirt and oil from going about my daily life. I also walk either in the summer to burn calories or darken my skin a little while in the winter I walk when the temperature is below zero to help my skin adapt to the climate change and reduce skin elasticity, but wear warm clothing when doing such things don't attempt unless your well prepared.

As for men skincare, guys when you shave your face choose a shaver that is best suited for the job and use an aftershave with little to no alcohol because alcohol obviously drys out your face and causes aging of the skin. Submerge your razor in hot water, so the blades are well heated to cut along the edge of your face. Don't use cold water because it will close your pores making it difficult for the blades to cut the facial stubs. Razors like Schick Hydro or Gillette Fusion are better choices for close shaving, but if you feel comfortable using your current razor don't change to another razor unless you're wanting a close shave. Also use a shaving gel or cream that isn't harmful to your skin like Edge shave gel. Edge shave gel has a wide variety of gels based on skin type, I use Edge Extra Moisturizing with Vitamin E to give the ultimate closeness and comfort while shaving.

If you're wanting more tips on skincare or acne treatment, I will update my post when I get the chance, so be smart on what you do to take care of your skin and don't try something unless you know more about it.

I'm not trying to defend anyone's concoction, but parasites live within tumors & some cancer has direct connection with parasites so I'm guessing it's possible?

Someone I know said it cured candida, so I'm guessing if you ever get shit like that.

Parasites feed off of sugar, so they'll be attracted to the maple syrup & will be killed off with the pH level of baking soda.
Therefore, you may see unpleasant things when you use the bathroom for some ppl.

I have a gross skin disease that will never go away and my daily routine is to stay inside and try to burn it off. There is no hope for my skin, so I do nothing for it.

Baking soda can irritate skin it does not match the skin's PH, its too alkaline. You may be causing more harm than good. Sugar is an antibiotic though it does feed yeasts.

Yes we even have a microscopic hair mite that lives on eyelashes.
