They wouldn't listen to me when I told them to drink water or lay down or put clothes on or stfu and it felt like I was babysitting and worrying more than actually having a good time. But it gets worse. I started to sober up and I had anxiety attack after anxiety attack because I felt like I had let my guard down too much (I got way more intense with people than sober me would have wanted) and I made a huge mistake even going to the party.

Think everyone's been here at one time or another, either looking after or being looked after!

Looking back I think my first few parties were probably a bit crap or maybe it was more of a polar experience, you could have a great time or a bad time, once everyone gets to know what alcohol does and learns their limits and what they can handle they get better. I found that stupid and embarrassing stuff either gets forgotten or turns into a great story. There have been times when I've thought I've been really embarrassing and lairy but others have then said you didn't really seem drunk last night, pretty sure memory can't be relied on to be accurate! Although there was one time when I turned up late and tried to catch up and overshot it as everyone else was sobering up - that was embarrassing.

My worst experience has to be when my friend had an epileptic fit the morning after (None of us had slept), I didn't know he suffered from it and had never seen it before. Didn't realise you could sober up so quickly! Think I prefer going into town than parties really.

Oh yeah, I've only been going to parties for a little over a year and they're still really hit and miss lol. My 2nd worse experience was probably greening out and being shitfaced at the same time... I threw up through my nose and fell asleep on the toilet then blacked out for 3 hours, to which I awoke to newly arriving people staring at me and saying "What's wrong with her?"
I can't really remember doing anything totally embarrassing, I've never been too drunk to walk, never fallen or puked on anyone else.

Was your friend okay? That sounds awful :o

The only reason I sober up fast is because i'm a lightweight and I only need a few shots + a mixed drink to feel good, then it just flies through my system haha.

Ah yes, that'd be the party where the friend assumed because I'm from the Caribbean she had to put on some Bob Marley music for me. As I recall she said she was playing my music. Then this guy asks if I take drugs. I had been sarcastic and replied occasionally but he was too stoned to pick up on it. He took out some stuff, lined it up on the table and said I could go first since I was used to it. The host told him to leave us alone so I didn't have to tell him I'm not interested. I had never ever seen drug abuse in my entire life. Heard of it, seen a few look stoned and or smelled that they'd used cannabis but that's it. I had to be in England in a party in a what is best described as a white middle class area to witness this. He'd assumed that Caribbean people generally had it all the time as part of culture.

The worst party was at my place. A buddy of mine took a tumble down the back steps where the keg was. There were two or three of us there when it happened. He got up and said, "I [email protected] fell down the steps!" I yelled back to him, "Are you OK? Do I need to call the paramedics?"

He slowly climbed back up the stairs and informed me he THINKS he'll be alright.

I was kind of worried but he was bounding around the party after about a half hour like he'd been before the tumble.
I was about 12 feet to the bottom of the stairs and the next time I saw him he didn't really remember anything but inexplicable bruises the next day after the party.

My cousin had the worst party experience. A guy passed out behind a pickup and the pickup backed over him then pulled forward over him again. I never partied with her . . . at least not in the woods down by the river.

My worst party experience fucked me up.

Literally, I got fucked.

It was a house party, people were drinking, smoking, snorting, the music was loud. I was accompanied by my now ex boyfriend and my siblings. It was loud, very loud and people were starting to dance and act crazy.

Normally I act crazy at parties and have a blast, but I was well trained, so I didn't do anything except play Mario Party and sing to everyone along with some other chicks. Things got worse when everyone chilled out and started up a movie and my ex told me to go make something tasty for him and his friends, I did and everything went downhill after he came in the kitchen to check on me. Being really obnoxious, thirsty, etc. Can't really say much else as it would make folks uncomfortable and it's rated R.

So yeah, it was pretty lame.

Went to a party.

Ate a cake with salty cheese instead of sweet cream in it?

I think that was probably the worst one....

I was like 16 at the time, me and a few friends where invited over to a party at a girl's house who's parents where out of town and we where very excited to go. So we're at the party having a few drinks because we wanted to look cool in front of the girls of course. Her brother comes home and he's known around the neighborhood as kind of a shady drug dealer type by most of the kids. He's like hey! You guys really want to party?! He pulls out these pills which I think where X? maybe I have no clue what it was really and gives one to everyone I'm like, I shouldn't do this but everyone was taking them including the girls so I was like screw it let's go for it. Now we're really messed up just sitting around watching TV and talking, I'm feel like I'm spinning like crazy. It gets late at night and I decide I should walk home so I head out and I'm walking home feeling great because I just spent time with some super hot girls feeling like a million bucks. I get home and my mom is like are you ok?! I'm like I'm fine mom I'm going to sleep. I go to my room and go to sleep, then after a few hours I feel someone like rocking my shoulder to wake me up I'm like mom go away. But they don't give up and I wake up to Anna a girl from school trying to wake me up cause I was laying on the porch of the girl's house and only like 30 minutes had passed, apparently I hallucinated the whole going home and sleeping thing? I'm up now and like WTF happened. My bud Jake is tripping balls rolling around on the front lawn and I'm like... oh hell.

Moral of the story - don't do drugs kids.

What is this 'party' you speak of? Is that something that you can find in that 'outside' place?

The time I passed out while hosting a party and when I awoke, everyone was gone, my house was trashed, and things were missing.Ever since I go to parties but I don't really host them unless with a handful of close frends.

Worst experiences? Probably being the cause of a massive argument on a drunken camping trip, locking myself in my university dorm when I needed the toilet badly and sleeping with people I know I really shouldn't...

I've done a load of shit due to alcohol.

The absolute physically worst experience was probably when my roomie and I threw a housewarming party for ourselves. She invited a few others over while I whipped up some meatballs and other snacks and we all drank for something like 12 hours. This was early in my party life so I did not really pay attention to the amount of water and non-alcoholic stuff I should have had to counteract the dehydrating effect of the alcohol. To make things worse, I drank so much I ended up puking at least 5 times. We had ALL KINDS of alcohol. Absinthe, soju, sake, wine, whiskey, vodka, gin, cheap beer, wine coolers, you name it. I drank everything. We played all the possible drinking games we could find.

I woke up with a really severe hangover that lasted almost 48 hours. Looking back on this and how much alcohol I had, I'm surprised I didn't get alcohol poisoning or die or something.
