I was just capitalizing on a deal without thinking. Considering I can barely handle jalapeños, how can I make use of habaneros? Eating them like they are I will die I'm sure. :l

Dry them and grind them up as red pepper and use them incrementally.Habaneros I find are bitter unless you remove the veins.I'd add sugar.

I never handled habaneros myself but I have had salsa made from the stuff. Cut them open and if they have seeds removed them the seeds are what gives peppers their heat. If you like guacamole try this

Slice avocados in half. Discard the seed. Scoop out of shell with a spoon. Place in bowl.
Add juice of one fresh lime immediately to prevent browning. Use a fork and mash to desired consistency.
Add chopped onions, tomato, and cilantro. Stir gently to mix ingredients.
Add juice of second lime and then salt to taste. Stir just slightly, until incorporated.
Add jalapeño to taste. "sub for habaneros since that what you have"
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip, or use with your favorite Mexican food "my suggestion beef fajitas tacos"

Just make sure to wash your hands after handling them--and make sure not to rub your eyes or your nose while handling them. It's not dangerous, per se, but it'll hurt like hell.
