Basically we have very different cultures and traditions. To the japanese, androgenousity (is there such a word?? :/ anyway, you get what I mean) shows that the person is a holistic and well-rounded individual, nevermind guys or girls. It may be a little atrocious, but just like the figure of God in many religions, they are sort of androgenous too! They have no definite gender and that is what makes them so wonderful right? Ambigiuity is a form of beauty not just in the modern context, it already started from ancient times! :]
So give them some respect and learn to see them as beautiful instead of freaky!
And I noticed Hyde's pictures here does him no justice!!! He can be so beautiful when he needs to be!
