Well for the Visual/Oshare Kei Scene, They Are MADE to look like girls. Its THE LOOK. Their faces are painted in make-up to enhance, there eyes, lips and cheeks and there hair is dyed and styled girly cute-like, also when they do photoshoots, (obviously) they are airbrushed and changed. Without the make-up and all that stuff, they look like guys, seriously they do, take Uruha of The Gazette:

Anyway,on topic I personally always kinda liked guys that look a bit...well "feminine" .Not to the point of the extreme though,like those VK dudes are just too ugh nono.
I find it amusing if not quite amazing that many of the ones posted can actually pull off looking like a really pretty girl I remember the first time I saw Boo from An Cafe i was like WHAT THE HELL?THAT'S A GUY?
Not to mention a load of others that look like girls without makeup but some are actually good looking....in a twisted kind of way

I think Lee Jun ki is one of the few feminine guys that could pull it off. He has a feminine face, but he's still manly overall. It's adorable.

I'm a fan of Jaejoong but I have never seen him as particularly looking as a girl....not even when he didn't have muscles, why is that it's simply because he has a pretty powerful jaw, a pretty masculine jaw.I saw him in a video wearing a wig and you just could tell he was a man.He looks in very few pics like a girl. Jaejoong is on twitter and he posted various pictures, in none of them looked like a pretty girl but like a handsome man and well he's gaining maturity lately that in no way makes him look like a woman.
Probably Jaejoong is the only guy from this thread I can't agree with because to me he looks manly enough not to be confused.

Yes, Jin Akanishi looks like a girl sometimes.

Heechul looks like Miyavi a lot and they both look like Christina Aguilera ...so these two are probably the celebrities that look mostly as a girl, from all the ones listed.But have you seen Miyavi with no make-up, beautiful features indeed but looking like a guy, even Heechul has his parts where he doesn't seem feminine at all.

I also agree with Yamada Ryosuke and Shou and a few others.

I guess the only problem these guys could have is maybe that many girls don't look enough feminine, honestly seeing some of the girls without make up I thought the guys look better because their faces aren't so heavily made-up....what I mean is that too much make-up can ruin a bit the color of the skin and texture thus girls are more affected.

Besides if many say they look like women let's just compare them with: Fan Bing Bing, Crystal Liu Yiifei, Song Hye Kyo, Lee Hiyori etc and you'll notice that they do look like guys.
Also when you're a photographer you choose the best side and also do the photoshop, let's face it all the pics that go out are photoshopped, maybe the only ones where they aren't come from their twitter accounts.


Also there are non-Asian guys looking like women too, my brother looked like a girl for many years, I mean even at 14 years in some angles you could mistake him, my colleagues did....it was hilarious telling them that he was my brother not to mention his baby pics, everyone thought he was "me" just because he wore sort of girly clothes due to my father wishing a baby girl.
As there are girls looking like guys too.
I guess we can blame it also on age, many guys look girlish till they become adult, especially Asians since they seem to develop their manly features quite late.

What's also funny is that guys from visual kei - without make-up on they do look like men while some of the girly guys dressed in girl outfits start to look like guys somehow, I mean you can notices the differences in most of the cases.
Another issue should be their generally pretty round face but not all Asian guys can look like girls, I still say Jaejoong doesn't look like one but leaving this aspect aside Yunho seems pretty manly, Won Bin, Song Il Gook, Kim Nam Gil, Yamapi (looks generally manly), guys from Alice Nine (Shou is the only exception) and so many others....most of the above are still in their early years, except Lee Jun Ki and Gackt but the pictures you mostly posted from these two are old, take a look at them now.
