I was a month to month paying customer but luckily received a 12 month gift subscription from my family at Christmas. I entered the gift subscription code and the pre-paid subscription shows up in my account. But then January, February, March, April, and May I have been still charged a monthly membership fee to my credit card. I contacted Crunchyroll support using the "Contact US" link and no response. I contacted them again today. I have tried deleting the credit card but the Crunchyroll system will not permit me to remove MY OWN credit card information from the system. What gives! Five months I haven't been able to make use of a $60 gift! this is outrageous. And the fact I've had NO response from them is doubly insulting. My next step is to notify the credit card company of fraudulent charges. If Crunchyroll fails to correct the billing and continues to fail to respond to my support requests I will have no other options.

I believe one of my colleagues handled your ticket on the 30th. Did you not get the reply?
