After a long time free user I've just became a premium user thanks to this site:

http://otakujournalist.com/where-your-crunchyroll-dollars-really-go-an-interview-with-the-ceo/

I think Crunchyroll is worth paying for, not just to be legal, but because I want to support the industry and get more and better shows and it's also nice bonus to watch on my PS3 on occasion.

However, there are several things that I really wish Crunchyroll had that I think a lot of non-paying sites do better. I would like to have all of what I listed, but for me the tagging and categorization is the most bothersome. I can stomach the bland layout, find my social fix somewhere else, and take extra steps to provide feedback, but I really think it'd help if we could have some better search capabilities than the few genre's that we have. That being said, Crunchyroll doesn't have that much anime in the first place and I kind of wish there was more as well, but I understand there are probably business reasons for that, so I didn't include it in the poll, since I assume that's something everyone wants and Crunchyroll already knows about.

Anyways, that's what I hope gets addressed in the future.

I just want my Roku box to stop crashing when it tries to load CR's ads. I don't trust them enough to subscribe if the ads the companies paid to have shown don't even work.

You might check out the extended tag system I have here: /group/Rotten_Sushi/pages?extra_param=8590017835 (unofficial, of course).

Except for rare occasions where this happened temporarily (and normally only to one episode), I don't recall a series ever being pulled until months (at the earliest) after the simulcast ended.

I would like for CR servers to be more stable. This isn't about outright crashing, but more so the fact that CR has a major issue with its streaming service where videos just stop at random points in the broadcast, independent of ISP performance. This is usually always fixed by a quick refresh, but the fact it happens on almost every single episode at least once or twice, can be pretty frustrating, as I don't know any other streaming service that has this issue.

Most of all, I think this site needs to have search function / category that people can use to locate "Complete series" and "Full season" -only.

I for one like to watch full season at once. And when searching for new anime / manga I will rather pick a complete series or a full season than watch few episodes and then wait for the next ep
