Post Reply Account Reset (Fraud + Everything Gone)

In regards to the Fraud, I've already contacted Customer Support to tell them that a Pre-Ordered item is fraudulent and nothing should be sent to the listed address unless they coordinate a sting operation on the person.

Moving on from that though...... My entire Account appears to have been RESET! As in "Welcome to Crunchyroll" new even though I logged in on the Login side and not the Sign-Up side.

Username died (had to redo it so I could post), all information gone, my Premium+ membership gone, Queue gone, everything!

I image that this was done by the person who hacked my account and bought an item and then deleted everything to cover his/her tracks.

Please tell me there is a way I can have my account restored T-T

EDIT: And considering I had Premium+ paid on the 12th last month, I should have a few more days before it would supposedly charge again). Only have Premium now due to the Free Trial in an attempt for Customer Support to see my message faster.

Found your original account. In order to restore it to you I will have to delete the new account you made, as we cannot have 2 accounts with the same email address in the system.

Canceled and refunded the order, your bank will take up to 3 business days to process it.

Reverted the email change and changed the password. Go through the password reset procedure to reclaim your account.

Please set a new, unique and complex password. Your account was compromised because you used the same email/password combination at at least one more site, which was hacked and had its user data dumped.
You should change your password for any other site/service you have been using the same combination for.

Also run a virus scan on all of your devices to make sure that it is not a local issue.
Your payment details are safe, as we don't show the full details to anyone.
