Reminds me of the dude who kept waiting for his bro soldier to return from a war, and he never did.

If that's the sort of thing he did when he was actually dating that girl, it's honestly no wonder she didn't show up.

I had this one ex that when we'd get into an argument, he wouldn't go home. He'd just sit out in his car for hours and wait for me to go down there and talk with him. It was really annoying and it got creepy a couple times when I'd get ready and go to bed and he'd still be out there.

What you did there.

I see it.

Well anyone who knows Dicken's Great Expectations may remember Mrs. Haversham, others will probably just google it.

A well-dressed and young Taiwanese guy turned into an old, ragged 'Hobo' -- by waiting at a train station for over 20 years.

According to Chinasmack, the man known as "Ah Ji" had been waiting by the Tainan train station for over 20 years after his 'girlfriend' was a no-show.

The man fell in love with a Tainan woman, and the two agreed on a time to meet at the train station.

After the woman didn’t show up, the man -- as if he is 'the man who can't be moved -- never left. He is now 47 years old. [/qoute]

I'm a naturally impatient person, I'd have given up after an hour.

It would be rather ironic if reporters find a homeless woman at a different train station nearby who has been waiting 20 years for her date to show up...

Guess I'm not the only one who thought of this loyal little fella-

Although admittedly, Hachiko was probably much smarter than this guy is.

If that turns out to be true, they should make a movie.

I wanna say it is sad, but rather instead I got to say to the guy "Come on, man!". If he just dropped it, coped with it, dealt with it over 20 years ago and moved on like you see just about everyone else do...if he just accepted his loss and moved on and looked for another woman, this day, today, he could be with a woman he loves, married to her, have children with her, share life with her and their children, and be real happy, instead of being the sad, sad hobo still clinging to the train station all these years later. I mean, damn, how could he let this happen to himself. : \
