I read fanfics of that manga to fill the gap or explore 'what-ifs' while looking for a new manga.

I hug the book to my chest and sigh if it was a good ending then find something new in the same line.
I have a big back log of manga I'm trying to get through so I don't re read unless I really loved it.
Bad endings get huffed at.

Look for every kind of media that is related to the manga

Anime
Art works
side stories
OVA
toys
news
follow the author.

and cry...

I basically just do the same thing as when I finish a book. I kinda blankly look around and try to remember where I am, because I've been sucked into the story for the past hours.

Awesome replies guys/gals :-)
I need to learn japanese(know basic) so my selection of manga can definitely increase.

And I feel your pain ;w; haha

If you find a decent raw site then call me. I'm using manga to practice.
... Furigana is a godsend, honestly... I tried starting with light novels... that was demoralizing... don't do it...

hmm... If I particularly love a series I'll draw a picture of one of the characters within a tarot card arrangement...
A very few will cause me to write lemons

I completely forgot about this discussion o.O
Anyways, I will definitely send you a raw manga site :-)

So far I've started to read manwah, and it's pretty good.

I have not read any light novels as of yet :OOOO

What will be a good light novel?

Oh, I'm barely started, learning Japanese. Only been learning for 5 months, so I haven't successfully read any LN but I desperately want to read like 8 of them because I've watched the anime and withdrawal is killing me.
Durarara is staring at me but it's too high level for me.
Desperately want to read The Devil is a Part Timer, Densetsu no yuusha no Densetsu, and No. 6. Their anime were too short and unsatisfactory.
The day will come when I can read and kind of understand without looking up 80% of the words.... But it is not this day.

I feel empty and just a bit lost. The same as when I finish an anime I really fell deeply for. It's quite the irritation I must admit. Especially when the series isn't finished but there are no more chapters to be found anywhere. I'm actually going through this right now as I'm typing this and not sleeping like I should be.... Works gonna suck in the morning. -_-;;;

I've had a problem where I start some manga or manwha and I finish it, then I get sad because I want to read more :O

What do you do after this happens to you?
Do you start searching for new mangas to read? light nobles? ect?

Read it again.
Read another of the authors works.
Sometimes look into the light novel, but always look for an anime adaption.
(Only one anime drew me as far as the light novels to actually read them/download them). A couple have been tempting but know one and that's a danmachi.
