Are you graduating? If so, with what and what are your plans afterward?

For myself, I'm graduating in Finance, 0 plans. Want to take a break and hopefully discover something before I decide if I want to pursue "corporate"

I plan to next year.... if I don't I'm going to get my GED. Got behind on credits a couple years ago, but I can't get that lost time back, no matter how hard I try. So I look to the future. Better one year late than never, or so I hope....

I don't think people realize that I'm not STUPID. I'm not SLOW. I was in a very bad place during the time i wasted not doing work and ergo losing / not earning credits. I know that's no excuse, but I really am capable, I'm not SLOW. It's very complicated having to explain to people why I'm "behind", and how I'm literally at a charter academy because it's my last resort's last resort.

I had a lot of family trouble + awful mother + general mental strife on my back. It took me a long time to overcome it even slightly. The good thing is that a lot of people thus far who I've slightly told about my past in said school who can sympathize or empathize, since a lot of individuals in charters come from broken ass homes or situations. I appreciate that some of them can ask about my privy and then actually listen to me explain it without giving me a canned, typical response.

Nevertheless, it doesn't make me regret fifteen and sixteen year old me's stupid ass decisions, though.

I will be at the graduation ceremony anyway, cheering on the seniors who I've had the pleasure of meeting and crying my head off.

I am the graduating class of 2017, although I am required to play at graduation, and there isn't many trumpet players left that can play, since most of them are seniors. I would have gone regardless, because I know a lot of the seniors that are graduating, and I am good friends with them, so I would like to see my seniors go off and graduate.

I'm graduating from my high school. Good riddance to 90% of the people here.

I'll be going to college to get more educated in graphic arts and stuff. Seems fun.

Thank you very much, my friend. After all the crap that I'd been putting up with in terms of all the idiots I was surrounded by, it'll be nice to head somewhere where people might have a little bit of maturity.

Already graduated High School then went to a University for 2 years. Did alright but didn't like my major and it burned through my money way too fast. So I am now taking a break and working full time at a job I enjoy.

I graduated 5 years and 3 days ago, I haven't gone to college yet mainly because I'd rather know what I want to do before committing to anything first but I'm not sure I'll ever know.

I made a reckless decision and dropped out. Luckily for me, New York State has recently made a new program. This is called The High School Equivalency Test, due to the increasing drop outs they created this program to help with job creation. Due to the GED not technically being a High School Diploma.

With the High School Equivalency test, it counts as a Diploma, so if you never finished high school, you now have a better chance at landing a job.

Thank God for this, now I can correct my mistake.

Graduating on December 17th, 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering & Computer Science. I hopefully already have a job lined up for me when I graduate. I'm an intern at the company now working 30 hours a week with pretty nice pay (for an intern). I hope that once I graduate I can start working full-time starting the Monday after my graduation and get a nice salary increase. I've been there for 2 years now, so I'm not exactly "entry-level" associate anymore when/if I get hired on. I can't wait to have all that free time. Sure, work will be 10 more hours per week, but I'll have the evenings and weekends free rather than devoting them to homework and crap like that.

I'd think about that a lot more if I were you. My cousins both graduated with a MAJOR in BOTH Art and Psychology and they are working at a restaurant as a waiter/waitress. You will have zero career prospects when you graduate. It may be something you're interested in, but I'm just here to let you know in your case these interests won't make you any money, rather they will cost you money.

If you plan on being an art designer such as for games, etc. I would recommend a school focused on that and while you do so making a very good portfolio of all your art. I'm not trying to crush your dreams, I'm just trying to save as many people as I can from the pit that is Psychology and Arts.
