Hmm... well, there is one season of Dog Days that is unavailable in my region, and when I look at the Dog Days page, I see this:

See that blue box that the red arrow is pointing to? "Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region." If you look at the Fairy Tail page here on Crunchy, do you see a blue box such as that?

Also, there is a note about Fairy Tail Season 1 that affects everyone:

"We are unable to make episodes 13-48 available at this time."

If you're looking for those episodes, you'll have to go the Funimation site and I'm not sure if they stream Fairy Tail to Europe.

Hope some of that helps.

I haven't read the "Terms Of Service" (TOS) that everyone agrees to when they sign up to Crunchyroll since I signed up years ago, but in the past, it has been a violation of our agreement with CR to use VPNs, proxies, etc. This is from an old post on VPNs:

TheAncientOne wrote:

In the past, CR has indicated they do not advise the use of a VPN. That is no surprise, as it is circumventing the region restrictions put forth by the licensor, and even if CR normally took no action against someone they suspected of using a VPN, they certainly aren't going to say that. Officially they must discourage it, and indeed it is appears to be covered by this section of the terms of service:

Obligations for Crunchyroll Users.

unrelated sections removed for brevity

Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Site or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content;

Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any posting or in any way use the Site or Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;

I would bet that policy still stands today, so the official answer might be "no, you can't use a VPN or any other method to spoof your IP/region", but I don't work for Crunchy. You can always ask them directly through the Contact Us page if you want a more official answer:

Good luck.
