I honestly think anyone who kills anyone should get the death sentence. Seems it only happens when it's a big group of people killed or injured... but to me, a life is a life. Just because it's one person or a lot doesn't mean they're any less important. Maybe if things were stricter, people would do this less (just a theory, not saying it'll happen for sure).

A life sentence is harder punishment than a death sentence.

So agree , was watching a documentary on the life of some death row inmates they said they mentally prepared themselves until the day they were gonna be executed constantly stressing and when they day arrived they were anxious nervous to get it over with and had accepted their death. Then as they were going to be executed they were put back in their cell only to await a different execution date because it was changed. and then having to relapse and stress all over again and ponder and over think on their lonely thoughts in an isolated room. so stressful. i would defiantly agree with u on that. Anyway u never know maybe just maybe they dont give him the correct dosage in his shot just saying.

i dont like death sentences but in this case sometimes it is better to get rid of one person than to have that one person kill a whole nation .maybe in this case it wasnt a nation but a mass of people and that to me already shows that sometimes its a little to late for anymore help. although i always want to see the good . i will rather have more people saved for losing one life. I think even a death sentence is to light. I want to slap every lil girl that made a fan page to him and supported his stupid cause. but thats besides the point.

and either way this does not make up for the lives he ruined. their dreams of becoming runners, starting families, finishing their life that they could never finish because of this. i dont know i think when i first saw this in the news it wasnt the lives that were lost or the families that were hurt that really got me yeah of course it did have in impact but the thing that got me were Runners that were running for a dream , im a runner myself so that got me. if ur athletic u have a mindset to want to persevere and keep going .yet now some cant even keep going in the path of a runner or in their dreams in that matter.

I'm glad he was sentence to death. After reading about the reactions from the victims many of them say this will give them closer and help them to move on. Now if only Tsarnaev would be a man and just accept his fate instead of wasting everyone time begging for the courts to spare him. I'm sorry but if he was willing to follow and help his brother then he shares responsibility for the damage done.

A guy caught a video of when the Older brother was just about to be shot and in the video he shouts out " We didn't do it" while the police were still shooting at the boat. This is basically just another false flag attack

I approve.

If not that, then slow torture every day until he dies.

Better than a terrorist living off of tax payers money in a lush prison cell for the rest of his life.

Plus when you try to kill a bunch of strangers with bombs you kind of sign yourself up to be ready to be killed yourself.

I agree with the second poster. He took more lives than he is worth and therefor should forfeit his own as payment for that. Someone who willingly kills strangers for no good reason does not deserve to live. I dont care how you try to rationalize it.

I heard it cost more tax to actually carry out a death sentence though. Also he wouldn't be living in a lush cell, he'd be in this 23 hours a day.

Or does you still have your stance?

Still have my stance.

My country used to hang people, which costed like 5 dollars lol. I dont know the cost of injections.. I dont know why they dont just hang people to be honest.

I dont know, I just can't stand the thought of people like that getting to live out the rest of their lives while innocent people were murdered in cold blood.

I'm of the thought that If I were in his position I'd see the death sentence more or less like mercy. To wake up every morning to the knowledge that the confines of the cell is and will constantly be the height of my existence is nerve wracking. Having less freedom than a common house fly forever is worse than death.
