Not if you catch a heart attack halfway through the fall.

Lethal injection, anaesthesia (if taken in improper dosage, or you can just use it so you won't feel pain in an otherwise painful death), sleeping pills (improper dosage, but I heard that sleeping pills that are potent enough to be used as a means of suicide are no longer being prescribed by doctors. Don't know if it's true or not) , carbon monoxide inhalation, nitrogen asphyxiation.

Actually no. You are more likely to experience dizziness, nausea, tiredness, confusion, stomach pain and difficulty breathing. It is only if the poisoning continues that you die. While there is small possibility that the poisoning occurs in a short enough burst while you are asleep to keep you unconcious, it is far more likely that you will experience some of the symptoms prior to death (and possibly for days or weeks before hand if the poisoning is at a slow rate).

Botched surgery while under general anaesthetic. You go to sleep thinking you are going to get a new nose but never wake up...

[note: other forms of surgery could also be used, but cosmetic surgery would imply you are not in physical pain in advance]

Falling asleep in a sealed room with a fire burning.

Knew a guy who suicided like that. He didn't like pain and for him, that was the best, more painless way out.

...Right. Let me go inform all those people who commit suicide by sitting in their cars with a hose attached to their tail pipe that they'll only experience those symptoms.

Oh wait. They're dead.

Quite the macabre topic but "please for the love of God no one try this" walk in a h2s field. at low levels the gas will kill your sense of smell and if the levels get high enough one breath and you pass out then after that if no one removes you quickly as in 2 to 3 minutes tops your lungs will fill with fluid and you die. Had a safety meeting several months ago where six guys "from a other company and county" died from the gas because one guy didn't check the tank and jump in once he went down his partner jump in after him and then more people jump in until the 7th guy had the bright idea that maybe there something in the tank that bad for people. needless to say we make sure our guys know about confined space and hazard recognition.

Inert gas asphyxiation! Like helium (what MysticGon stated) or nitrogen asphyxiation, which you're basically inhaling pure nitrogen.
