America's animation is quite good: disney's still going strong and there's Adventure Time, Regular Show and The Amazing World of Gumball and Avatar:The Last Airbender along with Legend of Korra.

I don't know. Adventure Time might be the only thing I like from your statement. but lets face it, the great "Crunchyroll" has more to offer

"Ren & Stimpy"'s John Krisfaluci has gone on record as saying (joking?) "I don't want to go down in history as The Man Who Killed Cartoons."
Tough beans, John--History has spoken, and dating back to the 80's and 90's, timelines have to put the blame somewhere.

(As for Family Guy, it's sort of the whole "This is what can happen to you if you grew up thinking the Simpsons were funny, because there was nothing else.", as mixed with Life With ADHD.
In fact, first time FG came on, I was absolutely convinced it was some sort of deliberate cynical polyglot meta-parody of "edgy" prime-time cartoons--"Look, there's the dumb dad from The Simpsons, there's the world-domination baby from Pinky & the Brain, there's a talking dog to remind us of Family Dog, and the daughter looks like the one from Wait Till Your Father Comes Home...")

That said, the second season of The Flintstones will always be one of the most looney, satirical, smartest-written sitcoms of the 60's.
Too bad the show went down the toilet when Pebbles was born.

Most people find America's animation to be sub par, but this is coming from people who probably have a bias opinion siding with Anime

I don't like most of the anime on Crunchyroll, I'm only here for the forums. It's not about the quantity but the quality and although the animation and the animations' stories might be different from those of Japan's they are still good are fit rivals for Japanese anime.

So...you like Avatar and Korra for pretending to be anime-wannabes, then? That does seem to answer the question.

Wtf? I don't like Avatar and Korra for "pretending to be anime-wannabes," don't say shit when you haven't watched the show. Yes, the show is from the anime genre if that's what you're getting at and it's on par with Japanese anime, which you'd know if you watched it instead of being some shit pretentious anime connoisseur.

Mostly what I just told you and stuff like South Park which I'm not into. I will admit that Japanese animation unlike American animation has more complex, thought-provoking plots.
