Has been an issue for several days: I am unable to remove the series Yuki Yuna Is A Hero from my queue. I've tried from several devices (Roku, phone, and PC), and the removal appears to be happen until I refresh and it's still there.

Try clicking the link below. It will open a new tab or window that you can just close, and then you can go to the show page to check to see if it worked. It does for me, but then again, I'm not having your problem when I add the show...

Like requiett, I cannot remove a show from my queue. In my case, I cannot remove any show. I have tried using the iOS App as well as the crunchyroll website.

Apparently, it's not just that one show. Any show I try to remove from my queue isn't being removed. Again, this happens regardless of the device I'm trying.

I'd like to add that in my case I successfully edited my queue on Thursday removing a lot of old shows and adding a few new ones. The new queue showed up for about 24 hours and then reverted to what it was before being edited. Not only are the cut shows back, but all the new ones I added (except for one "flesh for the beast") have disappeared from my queue. On all devices.

Now I can't remove any shows. I can click the remove show button and it gives me the little box with "undo" but nothing actually happens behind the scenes. If I leave the queue window for any reason, everything reverts to as it was when I go back. It certainly does not change on the devices, even after rebooting them.

I seem to have fixed the problem by changing the priority of a series in the web version queue and the shows stayed deleted, at least for now.

Just out of curiosity, do you have Amagi Brilliant Park (production issues where episodes went away temporarily) in your queue? You wouldn't see it right now, but if you visit the show page, it would be marked there.

It's just a wild shot in the dark, but I seem to remember something similar happening for a show that was "invisible" in the queue.

Why, yes, I did have Amagi Brilliant Park in my queue on Friday. I no longer do (not because I removed it, but because of the partial reversion).

This just happened to me and I fixed it by moving an affected show to the top of the queue, then removing it, then reloading the page. Now all the shows that I added and dissapeared are back so it appears to have worked!

Didn't have to be the problem show. I think changing the priority on any of them reset the script somehow.

My queue is back to Friday's condition.

So what do we have in common in regard to this issue?

I have a Premium account.

I use CR on Roku, PC (Firefox), PS3, and Android

I have mature content enabled.

My queue has the following shows: Comical Psychosomatic Medicine, Is It Wrong To Try To Pick Up Girls In A Dungeon?, Pretty Cure, Shirobako, Fate/Stay Night, Gunslinger Stratos, Yuru Yuri, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Yona of the Dawn, Log Horizon, Sailor Moon Crystal, Usagi Drop, Gintama, Golden Boy, Yuki Yuna is a Hero, My Love Story, and Magi

My issue started about 1 - 2 days before this post.

Also we know that changing show priorities allowed temporary changes, but they reverted within a day or so.
