Posted 6/9/15
I am having problems with removing a show from the queue. I even trying removing it by going to the page of the show and clicking remove and even go to queue and click the tab for the show and hit remove. Hope they fixed it soon.

Sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

Our engineers are currently looking into it.

There is a temporary solution though:

1. Move the series all the way up such that it is at the top of your queue.
2. Remove it and refresh the page.

That should solve the issue.

I tried the second option and it did not work it still showed the two shows I have under the queue, however, I did try the first option next and I moved the bottom show to the top repeat it again, then I click the tab on the show that was on the top and hit remove. Then I move the bottom show to the top and hit the tab and click remove, then refresh it. That worked and now they are removed from the queue. Thank you.

The directions starry gave here were actually of one method with 2 steps. So if u encounter the problem again, following these 2 steps in order seem to work best in removing shows from your queue.

Didn't work for me. But I manage to fix it by another way.

I noticed that I was able to delete anime from PC but not from the application made me think that the anime weren't actually in my queue.
What I have done is going to the main page of anime that are in my queue and check if they were actually supposed to be.
I noticed that the anime Genki-gai was not added in my queue (the button was blue) even though it was displayed in it. I click on the button in order to add it to my queue, checked my queue, every anime that I tried to deleted were gone.

Ok, the bug is back. But my queue has kept the changes that I made after my previous post.
I tried to add My love STORY!! to my queue but when I go to its main page, the queue button is blue and saying "add to your queue" and when I click it, I have a message telling me : "This anime is already in your queue".
That quite strange because the first time I noticed that my queue was bugged was also when I tried to add this anime. I wonder if it could be the culprit but I don't understand how it could. Does its ID have reached the bit-limit of your php/java/databaselangage and turned negative ?

I'm going to redo my previous method. I'll tell you if I find anything.

EDIT : Oh, I add then removed naruto to my queue from its main page and when I check my queue, my love story popped out. What a cryptic bug.

The key to a temporary fix seems to be doing something to change the queue that will force it to refresh. So the workaround I've seen suggested by customer support is to simply change the position of something in your queue and refresh the page -- which should last a couple of days.

The workaround is known to be temporary--something you'll probably have to repeat every few days. But they are aware of the bug so eventually it should get fixed.

I tried the suggested method of moving the series to top priority, then deleting it, and it didn't work. I will hope that the people at CR get this resolved soon. The new season is starting, and I don't want a bunch of old series that have ended stuck in my queue. Any other suggested methods? I'll try whatever.

Try popping the bottom show to the top, then refresh the page, then go to the bottom again and pop the rest one by one until you get all the way back to your starting position again. You may need to repeat that in a couple of days until they get it fixed. I have always been popping the next day's shows to the top every night, and I haven't had a problem yet. But YMMV.

I said this in another thread, but after being glitched for a while, my queue's been fine for at least six days now. Not sure what I did to fix it though. Just thought I'd give you guys hope.

Man, I bet I probably just jinxed myself though. We'll see.

Edit: You know, my queue started working right again the day I dropped Nisekoi:, Yamada, and Rinne. I added Yamada back and finished it though. Makes me think Nisekoi: or Rinne could be bugged.

Edit 2: Though, come to think of it, I think I removed Kuroko that day too. Hmmm...

Edit 3: And Durarara. I never even started Durarara and was only in the first season of Kuroko though. Sorry for all the edits, just trying to get to the bottom of this.

I keep trying to remove and add shows to my queue, and they keep coming back. I use CR in my browser (Windows 8, Chrome) and via my PS3 app. I am having this issue with both for quite a while now.

I have tried the "change the order and refresh" fix, and it seems to work temporarily, but it keeps reverting back! This is incredibly annoying, since I want to get my queue ready for this season and remove some stuff I'll never get to watching.

Please fix soon

This is a problem for me, also, but only recently. Up until last week there didn't seem to be problems.

Does it have to do with the length of the queue or total episodes? I think this is the first time I've had this many anime in the list, so that might play into the issue. If the refresh rate is limited to a certain # that could trigger the problem, and might explain why moving items to the top of the list can solve it temporarily, at least. *speculating based on random association*

Yeah, it could have to do with length, because my queue started working fine again the day I trimmed it from 12 series to 7, and I've kept it around there since.
