Que is not updating. seems to revert to an older set. Anything new added does not show up anything removed stays in que.

I have been having this issue for a number of months also. (Queue won't update after removing a show)

But starting today, it (my Queue) is now also Not Adding Titles

Queue is bugged out for me too; shows I removed earlier this week have reappeared, and shows I added last night are missing.

As if that wasn't enough, if I go to the show page for the series I added yesterday, I get the blue "Add to Queue" button. Clicking it gets me a dialog box stating that it's already in my queue, but it doesn't show up on the queue page. And clicking the "Remove" button on the show page for a series that's appearing in my queue and shouldn't be does nothing.

Same problem for me, except I can't add to my que either. I delete all the shows in my que, they instantly return. The shows I attempt to add into it, they never show up. But when I go back to try adding it to my que again, it tells me it's already been added. Very frustrating.

Same here, unable to remove any shows from my queue. Tried the web interface and XBOX app. I haven't removed any shows since the winter lineup ended back in March, so something happened since then.

I'm also having the same issue as everyone else. I tried the method of moving the shows to the top of the queue and it worked, but as soon as I added something new to the queue everything I got rid of came back.

Same issue for me. I've tried clearing site cookies; clearing cached data and nothing seems to work. Odd part is that a couple days ago it looked like it worked. The shows were gone from my queue and the new shows I added showed up. Today, I go to my queue and it looks like it did before I removed the shows. How has this not been addressed yet?


EDITED TO ADD:

This is interesting, lets see if it holds. I went through a couple more times trying to delete and nothing. Then I noticed that when I removed the series I wanted to and then moved another show to the top of the Queue and hit the Queue icon, it not only didn't remove the shows but reverted the order back to what it was.

So I then moved a show that I wanted to keep to the top of the queue and then hit the Queue icon. The show stayed at the top and all the shows I removed previously were gone. And so far, after a half dozen refreshes of the Queue, those shows haven't returned.

Yep, mine is the same, been happening for about a week. Also can;t add new shows to the queue. And apparently CR support isnt doing anything given how long this thread has been around...

I found the reason for this or think why this is happening. It might be because Crunchy's history log has a max number of information it can hold. Once it is maxed out then new information cannot be stored which is why it does not allow you to save the way you order your Que manually or why you cannot see the new items added to Que (even-though it says they are already added) or remove them.


Temp fix is to clear your old items from your Que to allow new ones. I ended up clearing everything and all the new shows I added suddenly appeared and now I can re-arrange everything again. The downside would be that you will be clearing your viewing history. If you clear any new current anime you are watching then you clear which ones you have watched already so you will have to go to the last episode you watch to save it at that episode.

Let me know if this works for others as well. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Clearing history didn't fix my issue, but moving my oldest one to the top, and then removing it, cleared out everything I had marked to remove, and brought up what I had added yesterday, will see how long that lasts.

Queue is still broken. Mine had fixed about a week ago but yesterday it reverted back to before the fix and all the shows I took off are back again and the new ones I had added went away. Its stuck now and no matter what I do it always reverts back to this snapshot in time.

Every time mine seems to get fixed, like it did this morning, it only breaks again within the same day. Please fix this issue.

Yep, my queue is completely broken. I cant remove shows, I can't add shows. The other day it seemed updated and then it appeared to reverted to this bugged version. Please fix this, I am not sure why one of the most used features of this site is so broken.

Same issues here. I tried the work around by bring the series I want to remove to the top to delete them from the queue, but they are back in a day or two. I also added Gatchaman, watched Episode 0, and now it is gone from my queue. I tried to re-add it but it says it is already in my queue though I do not see it in the list. All this is using only the website to watch shows. Been a problem for over a week.
