Dear Crunshyroll,

I just received my 3 Boxes from the Sailor Moon Candy Petit Chara order from you.
Instead of 6 different figures in each set I received

9 Sailor Moons!!!
and
9 Sailor Venus!!!

This is not okay. I spent a lot of money and expected to receive complete sets, just like every other retailer sells them!
I have ordered Megahouse Sets in the past from many different stores and always received a full set. But for some unknown reason it is different with Crunshyroll.

Why is it that after you receive full sets from the supplier you open them and shuffle them around??? I have to add that the boxes have been previously opened and then been re-taped before I received them. So quite obviously someone tampered with it before they were shipped out and they were not brand new as I expected them to arrive.
All 3 sets cannot be considered as brand new since they had been opened prior to arrival.


Please help me out here to find a resolution. I can't even express fully how upset I am.

That sounds very disappointing!

Please contact customer support directly to report the problem and get it resolved. You can do that using the Contact Us form.

ETA: while it's no longer available in the Crunchyroll store, and I couldn't find a cached page either, this came up when I searched, and does suggest it was sold as a blind box, so there probably was no guarantee of getting 6 distinct figures in each box
