I use my card for the vast majority of my transactions.

Cash. I have a bad habit of overspending / not caring about how much I spend when I use my card.

Just get a prepaid gift card from your local shop issued by a major credit card company that crunchroll accepts. Then buy a 1 year subscription so your not worrying about putting in new information all the time. I know I can find them at the grocery store or any big box retailer.

step one: Go to shop

step two: Go to gift card section

step three: Pick up gift card in amount of slightly more than a one year subscription (sometimes there is a BS activation fee to activate the card or some other BS fee before you can use the remaining balance, you can look up the info when you know what specific options are offered by your local store so better safe than sorry and you can always use the excess next time you shop)

step four: Pay at register with cash

step five: Activate card and purchase premium crunchyroll subscription then let the good shows roll in HD.

Now on to the topic under discussion.

I use cards for most purchases but never for ones that involve letting the card out of my sight such as at restaurants. I like to take advantage of the perks such as an extended warranty, purchase protection and cash back. I also keep cash on hand for when the card reader wont work or I need to pay for something as a group. Ever tried to split a cab fare with your friends when all anyone has is cards?

I usually use my card, and keep 1's and 5's in my wallet for certain situations where I would need them.

cash. Harder to trace, easier to use, easier to save, easier to spend. A card doesn't exactly have the same kind of lost compared to paper money.

Interac (chequing debit) card for anywhere that accepts it, for purchases over 5$. I have coins, 5$ and 10$ but rarely have cash beyond 60$. I like tracking my purchases.

Usually cash, only occasionally use credit for online transactions or if I'm very short on cash.

Cash all the time.

I prefer carrying cash because I know it's just right there. What sucks is that it's easily stolen and I'm more tempted to use it more. So using my card would be better for me
