Fruit and veg...which, by the way, if you were eating enough of in the first place, you wouldn't need to cleanse...

Any one of these by themselves, but whichever you choose, the entire amount in one sitting (chewed well).

A pint (or more) of blueberries
4-5 Clementine oranges. repeat a couple of days in a row.
Enough watermelon to make you feel full
1-2 Romaine lettuce hearts, depending on size (some are small)
4-6 colored, not green (ripe/sweet) raw bell peppers. Red are the best, the deeper the color the better.
About a pound of steamed cauliflower, or broccoli, or asparagus, dressed with sea salt and virgin oil (olive, avacado, almond, coconut) Add a big dollop of Salsa, half a jar or even more (if you like it), if you don't care for the taste of just the veg. Almond oil is sweeter than the others, but all have their virtues.

Stay away from wheat products and most dairy (except some kefir or yogurt is ok)

Steel-cut oats may be ok, depending on your personal tolerance, but it still is a grain (as is corn). But wheat is definitely not all it's cracked up to be. Consider that people have only been eating grains for about 10,000 years, a mere blip on the scale of human existance, and modern grains don't even resemble what people started eating back then... Do a google search for "The Dark Side of Wheat", there's some heavy reading there if you can get through it. It's not only people with Celiac disease who can have problems with it, there are other allergies that don't manifest as plainly as that. A lot of people do manage to tolerate it, and you might even be one of them. But try giving it up completely in all forms (pasta!) for a month, substitute real (fresh) veggies instead to see for yourself if you feel better and/or even lose weight, too. If not, then no harm done, but quite a few people find that they feel much better without it.
