I am quite upset that there aren't very many zombie anime/manga there is only 1 zombie anime coming out within the next year. So in your opinion should there or shouldn't there be more zombie anime/manga?

As if there wasn't enough zombie talk going on already...

Are you referring to Gakkou Gurashi, by any chance?

I don't know...

It feels weird watching pretty anime girls getting eaten alive.

High School of the Dead for example.

Some scenes were like:

That moment when the only zombie anime you know of isn't even about zombies.

True that. It was a wasted opportunity in my opinion, the show could have been awesome! TOO many jiggly parts!

Zombie apocalypses have been pretty overdone within the past decade or so. Writers should leave them alone for a while and move on to another classic movie monster to milk into oblivion.

I would like an actual legit zombie apocalypse anime like Walking Dead, but unfortunately the only thing I know of is High School of the Dead and that's mainly just a good ol' ecchi show.

I hear Walking Dead is fairly popular in Japan too, so I'm surprised there hasn't been more zombie animes mad yet.

I have no idea about zombie mangas, maybe there's more of those.

The Japanese like it, it's definitely one of the few Western TV shows that make an impact over there. Breaking Bad did it too.

I'm actually one of the few that didn't mind season 2, I thought there was some decent character development in it. Also I watched up to episode 12 of season 4 and haven't watched it since. I used to be a huge fan of it, but living in the dorms that year made it hard to keep up with it and I just haven't cared to start it up again (hopefully this summer I can change that though).

And it's a good series, there's not many tv shows about zombies and it has a massive following. There's even going to be a spin off series set in a different location.

As I recall, it is not only in a different location, but essentially begins as a prequel, covering the time that Rick was in a coma.
