You know, sometimes a guy can't handle real curves because he'll get flattened.

Actually, when you exercise more, your body tells you to eat more (i.e. you get hungrier) to keep you at the same weight. Because evolution did not prepare us for the time when "oh no, there's too many tasty calories all around me!" was going to be a bigger danger to our lives than starvation.

If they move, then there is a big chance they would not be fat. Unless they have an extremely low metabolism.

It is when the fat acceptance people refuse to acknowledged facts. They put themselves and others at danger. I'm not being judgemental towards everyone, they could of ended up like that for plenty of reasons but I'm talking about the ones who can do something about it but don't.

It's a myth that you eat more when you workout.

Agree, but kind of less than a myth and more of personal preference/goals

Eat more = get bigger, eat normally = stay fit/toned, eat less = lose weight

I agreed with what you said, so I just quoted this part to add; that's another double standard I don't like. When a guy is overweight and girls don't want him or laugh at him, it's deemed that he must get in shape to get that girl. When a girl is overweight and guys don't want her, suddenly the guy is a misogynist pig and can't handle real curves lmao.

That seems like the opposite from what I've seen. Like, I never see it happen often. It mostly affects girls the most, however, for all their lives. Because their often told their beauty determines their worth tbh. Guys can at least make it up by being smart or rich. But of that, I can totally understand why their thoughts can be kinda warped & probably automatically think that if a guy isnt interested in them. But that shouldn't excuse their behavior.
Also their is a difference between rolls & curves. I hate when they say that.

That's why if you are planning to lose weight you need to eat foods mostly made up of water (veggies, fruits) so you don't get that weight back. Water has like no calories, so you can fill yourself up w/ those w/o having worry about eating so many calories.

yeah, well im not one to judge. if you want to eat you self to death, go right ahead. i know people who have done that and are activlly killling them selfs with food. if that makes you happy, then go ahead.
one thing i do hate with a passion is two skinny people get married, then one gets fat. its like, so you wanted and loved them enough to look attractive, but now your married, you don't want them or repsect them enough to stay fit?

If someone is obese just because they won't stop eating junk food then what the heck.. why do they need a movement for society to accept them? What they need is to just lose weight because there is no reason to be that big. I mean i am not super fit, but i am not obese either.. I thought this movement was for people who couldn't help their weight & for those with different body types.
If this movement is for the morbidly obese then i am misinformed.

Oh, yeah that's true. That other person just made it sound like working out = eat more = weight stays the same which it isn't that simple thus being untrue.

Maybe it's just because we're different genders so we see more of are own gendered stuff on a day to day basis. What you said I've kinda heard things like that before but it's not exactly a normal conversation girls/boys have with each other lol. I guess in that sense it's the same vice versa.

I don't know who these fat acceptance people are. I do know this thread is full of the same tired stereotypes about fat people. as for eating, working out definitely changes your nutrition needs. Salad only cuts it when you sit at a desk all day.
