If only sleep was counted as exercise... But for me it would definitely have to be team sports because I love Volleyball, Baseball, Basketball, and Tennis although it can be an individual sport too.

My HEMA (swordfighting martial arts) class puts us through a really harsh warm up which is really just exercise in a cruel manner.

Just playful grappling sparing is probably the funnest. Also running to an extent can't do more than a mile 1/2 without getting bored.

i excersise at work..... i'm a warehouse cleaner and part of my duty is to drag 5 tonnes of plastic across the warehouse and turn the plastic into cubes for recycling and i only get 5 hours to do the job so it's very physically demanding

To be completely honest I actually hate working out, but I do Insanity so I don't get fat and out of shape.

You forgot to include "Dancing" as an option. That's a pretty good workout and actually kind of fun.

Surprisingly a combination of genetics and random dancing around the house allow me to sustain massive amounts of food consumption whilst maintaining a skinny body.
