Just finished the latest episode of MY love STORY, wondering what brings out the most feels for you all? The story of two best friends, or lovers?

There is one anime everyone should watch.

I will refrain from mentioning its name.

Both - romantic friendships ftw.

But if I had to pick one, I guess "bromance" if you want to cal it that. Romance impacts me as well, but it's extremely rare. Romance is sooo common after all, in order for it to really impact it must be truly extraordinary or unique.

A simple "bromance" (if you want to call it that) is more interesting to me because it illustrates a connection that isn't tied to simple biology. You can do that with romance too, but it's far harder to pull off.

I would go with friendship .

When friendship is really illustrated well in a story , it really makes the story deeper and richer.

For me it can go either way, I mean right now in Ore Monogatari both them are getting me in the feels. Its really just the emotional connection between the people that gets me.

I prefer bromance. You got to have a bro to have your back if the romance doesn't work out.

Relating it to anime, I'm watching Kimi ni Todoke, and the friendships are getting the DAAAAAAWs out of me more than the romance.

Friendship wins out, but I like romance a lot too. It's just that romance tends to be tougher to write convincingly, with all its complexities, whereas friendship is generally a lot simpler, and thus usually comes across as more heartfelt when it gets a moment to crescendo.

Episode 6 is definition of friendship show it to my kids when they ask about making friends and rumors. I have watched it over maybe 10 times the 3 women and the dialog is straight from the heart.
