Hello crunchyrollers. Ever have a series just blow you away? Of course right? But do you have ones that you wish you had watched so much sooner? I sure do.

For me, it's Anohana .

I laughed, I got a visit from the onion ninjas, and I was totally blown away by the OST, writing, and voice-acting. It was a beautiful series and I loved every second of it. It sure left me wondering to myself, "Why didn't I watch this sooner!?!?!?"

So what's yours? Share away!

Hunter x Hunter

I dismissed it for awhile but it wasn't until my friend told me to watch it that I went through over 100 episodes of it in a few days just to catch up.

Thats why you have to read what the anime is all about before they are about to be released or else you will miss the good ones unless someone tells you to watch it. I have done that to a lot of folks.

Surprisingly Naruto, i always had an awful perspective on it for having a lot of teenage fans and just the overhype itself.

Same as me dude. Anohana is one of, if not my favourite anime ever. I'm currently re-watching it now and taking my time with it as the first time I watched it I got so into it that I bombarded through it in about 2 days.

Anohana is one of mine too. Actually only picked it up and marathoned it maybe 3 weeks ago. Kokoro Connect was also one I looked at several times when looking for a new series, but only recently actually watched it, the series really impressed me, expressing Seiyuu work on Inaba.

Also like, I don't know why I put off some of the big ones for years.
Didn't pick up Gintama until it finished airing at that point, only returning a month ago
Same with Naruto, picked it up a year ago, and I've been enjoying it.
One Piece is what brought me from dubbed to subbed, and even that was only 2 years ago I started.

Steins;Gate and Madoka Magica for me. I put them both off after hearing friends gushing about them, and was quite impressed when I actually decided to give them a shot.

I'm sure I've seen plenty shows like that, but the most recent one is Ping Pong the Animation

At first glance the art might be off putting, but it sort of becomes one of its charms. On top of that, the characters are very well done and everyone plays a role in some way. If I were to put it in short, it manages to do so much with so little on top of some great music.
