I'm having the same issue. Finished Aldnoah.Zero a week or so ago, removed it from queue, it reappeared a few days later. If I just remove then it comes back immediately, if I move then remove it will come back by the next day or so

The same thing happens to me. I remove the shows I don't want to watch anymore, and the next day they come back and replace my new shows. Crunchyroll please help!

Same issue, started Friday, and it did coincide with adding some of the now movies to the queue.

I had the same issue for me on Roku. Yona of Dawn keeps showing up in my queue, after rearranging my queue on my laptop, it was okay for a day and after that, it messed up.

Now I can't add any anime to my queue on my laptop. I can't even add Blood Strike >__<

I have seen these issues on both my PS4 and Chrome. Removing and re-adding will only work for a short period before I lose some of them again.

Same issue. Closing browser, clearing cookies etc had no affect.

Go to the bottom of your /home/queue and click the up arrow to the left of the show icon to pop the last show to the top. Then refresh the page.

Doesn't solve the problem.

That's odd... Most other users report success with doing that, at least temporarily. Maybe try to cycle all the way through all of them until you get back to the first one again, thus totally reorganizing all the contents? Unless you have hundreds of them in there, I suppose.

I haven't had even one problem with the queue yet myself, despite seeing lots of reports from others who do, but maybe that is because I keep my queue in broadcast order, and every night I pop the few next days' shows to the top, so mine is constantly freshly cycled. I have been doing that so that whenever I start the app in my Roku, the next shows up to play are first in line, since I keep about 40 or so in the queue and the Roku app is less friendly for navigation now.

I can understand why other people might consider that an inconvenience, though...

Have you tried removing something from the queue, first, then re-adding? Maybe even moving the position of something before removing? Doing that has resolved the problem for several people who have mentioned this problem in some of the other threads about it.


I have contacted support previously, did that, which fixed it, and closed the support ticket. The problem re-appeared a week later, this topic needs to be stickyed or added to the ongoing issues thread that is stickyed

I rearrange my whole queue and then go back after refreshing it or something, and it is back to how it originally was -_- so then I manually search for the shows im watching and they still say add to queue, but then say they are on my queue when i click to add. Haaalp.

Thank you!! Removing a show worked for me and all the shows are now showing on my queue.
