You're just you

I hope not.

You're already like your parents whether you notice it or not, and as life goes on, you become more and more like them.

Depends on if you choose to be like your parents.

Maybe...my mom is so lenient that no one is scared of her. Same thing with me, kids don't listen to me.

I don't have kids so I don't know how I will turn out as a parent.

However, looking at my brother and sister they didn't become like our parents. My father is the shitiest man on earth while my brother loves his daughter and gives her attention/all that she needs. He's a good father unlike our poor excuse of a father. My sister is a little bit like my mom but my mom is the best mother ever.

Some people do, others don't. From what I've noticed those who had great parents and a good relationship with their parents tend to turn out like them more often than say... someone with bad parents who had a bad childhood. They're more likely to go in the opposite direction. Just my observation.

Probably not. If I had children I'd like to try and get them into anime and manga, whereas my dad is a very "you're english so you must only like english things!" kind of guy.

It can happen, but if it is an absent or bad parent, I would rather work away from that.

I think my parents did a decent job raising both me and my sister, but there are a few things that I would do differently. So for me, it's yes and no or partially.

I dude, sure I would and better be good at it, I learned how to from then I cant wait to test it out!
If I ever catch them stealing, lying or disobeying me.

Warning! The fallowing GIFs describe only and show more or less what I experienced as a kid and what I learned from my parent on doing so, and of the man I have become thanks to them. This does not mean that I approve violence methods only, I would use them as a rough times resort measure. If you are against spankings kids do not open the spoiler.

From what I've seen of the parents I know, they tend to be more alike than not, but I wouldn't worry about it to the point where you actively try to avoid being like your parents just for the sake of not being like them.

Man, I sure would love to hardly ever be around, cheat on my wife and be an alcoholic.
