Costs $1.99 upto 4lbs. But Charge me $21 to ship international.
Said it would take 8-10 days to ship.
Took you guys 8 days just to have usps pick it up.
Multipul e-mails to Customer Support. Still have not received a response.

For one thing, none of these are the fault of Crunchyroll or Funimation, the fault lies in the shipping company's, UPS generally is always late, and international shipping takes awhile. International shipping, plus tax shipping, add on to that what UPS charges, you will soon find that it will cost a lot.

If it takes 8 days for warehouse to fill order.......nevermind you should just read. Or get someone who can read to explain it to you. Because you clearly did not read if that is your response.

Your problem is?

Shipped in 8-10 days =/= delivered in 8-10 days.

Also if you don't like the shipping charge then don't buy it. You saw how much it was going to cost before you made the purchase. You made it anyway because you decided it was worth it to you. You lose the right to complain about it as far as I am concerned.
