i don't drink coffee but i have to admit, nobody makes chai tea latte like Starbucks. I've tried it so many difference places and they really make it the best. too bad it's 4 bucks a drink >.>

You get paid like $50 an hour. $4 is nothing to you. Don't be so humble.

TBH, Starbucks coffee is alright but not mind-blowing and certainly not worth the $6 or something per cup.

Learn to drink ACTUAL COFFEE (black coffee, with perhaps a small amount of sugar and creamer) and you'll go far in life. Don't kid yourself, drinking what is essentially melted ice cream with some caffeine in it is not healthy at all. You're not ordering a milkshake, you're ordering coffee, so you should be drinking your coffee to actually drink coffee. You're probably better off drinking a Red Bull than one of those monstrous Starbucks creamy abominations. It's a little harsh at first, but it's an acquired taste, sort of like drinking certain teas or fermented beverages. You'll be glad you learned to enjoy it later on.

People who go to Starbucks to order frappes every day who say they love coffee but don't know how to drink it still somewhat black are like people who say they love sushi but don't eat fish. What are you eating? What are you drinking?

A one-pound bag of a high quality blend that you enjoy is probably like $25 at a realistic max. This will probably last you around two months, assuming that you make a cup every morning. All you need is a French press with coarsely pre-ground beans if you want the easiest cup of coffee ever. It takes like one minute to make and the flavor is potentially way better than many Starbucks blends....

I only go there for their Vanilla Chai latte; it's amazing.

If I'm going somewhere for legitimate coffee I'd have to say Dunkin Donuts is WAY better than Starbucks in quality, taste, and most importantly: price.

Eh~ I'm not a coffee drinker at all! Tried it once and disliked it. The only reason I go to Starbucks is for the passion fruit and cool lime refreshers.

Starbucks has its use now and then.....come to think of it, don't they sell bottled mocha in various stores? I go for those every once in a while.

I go to Starbucks once in a while, but I just usually order a small, hot Caramel Macchiato or the Sweet Tea. Everything else seems a bit...too sweet for my taste.

I really just prefer regular hot coffee with milk and sugar, though. Whether it's a steaming pot of tea or a nice cup of macchiato, a hot drink after a good meal is always the best.

Like Selenae said, too bitter. I go in for their green tea stuff because here where I live there's literally no other coffee shops. It's a tad sweeter than I'd like, since their matcha is premixed with sugar but it's palatable. The coffee really is too bitter tho. Personally I think they over grind the coffee, let the grounds sit in the water too long or etc etc etc. I like buying their brand of coffee and whenever I make it at home it just doesn't have the same bitterness.

*EDIT* Forgot to say I do go in for the food more than the drinks. Pastries aren't that bad and a sandwich from there sure beats a fast food combo.

I work at Starbucks so yeah I drink from there. We Barista's need to taste test things so we can describe them to our customers.

I don't go to Starbucks a lot. Beans and Brews is where it's at. And it's a lot cheaper.
