Rarely. I'm usually more partial to the soundtracks of animes then their theme songs, but if it's any good I'd be more than happy to listen to it while I work or on a walk~

The anime "Say I love you" opening song is one the best theme song out there.

I LOVEEEEE ANIME OPs/ENDs they're just as important as the characters/plot of the show 
but i dont listen to them reguarly like i do with mainstream music such as pop, hip-hop, utube vevo stuffz
if u mean "theme song" sometimes characters have certain themes and tunes when they appear in a scene

I listen in the first episode, and last episode, if I really like the OP/ED, I listen to it every episode.
But if it's something like, let's say, Kill Me Baby, then I just skip it. >_>
I also download songs I like, my folder's huge.
I've been playing guitar for 4 years now, so I pick up some of the one's I like on guitar too. ^^

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I started to feel kind of weird because the number of anime theme songs on my ipod just keeps growing and I can't even listen to music without listening to at least one. Especially Bleach, some good songs in that one.

I watch the intro/outro of the first episode, just so that i have heard them. After that i feel it's just a waste of time. Say that intro/outro is 5 min long, and you watch 10 episodes. 5 x 10 = 50 min.
Thats like 2-3 episodes you could have watched, i mostly watch animes during the evening/night so i don't really got time for that.

the J-pop ones, not so much (not really into J-pop. . .although every once in a while you get something like TM Revolution that just cannot be denied)
but there are definitely some I enjoy to the point I would listen to them outside of the anime, like "what's up people" from Death Note, or the theme from Nightwalker (BUCK TICK RULES)
I listen to a bunch of Japanese rock bands, so I'm always thinking "why hasn't this band had an anime OP yet?"
